Crappy service when you ask for help!

BEST PEOPLE!! This store is super busy but they have outstanding employees. Positive experiences which truly impressed me with the helpfulness, knowledge and courtesy of each of these: Manager Matt, Callie at Pro Desk, Adrienne & Heidi with paint, and David who was absolutely amazing in his efforts to get a needed 10-day hold on my roofing order and called back within 30 minutes to confirm he had succeeded. THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY HARD WORKING AND PUT FORTH GREAT EFFORT TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL. HEARTFELT THANKS!!

The associates at this store are friendly and helpful. I had a very frustrating experience with a delivery, and the employees went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I would shop here again just because of how well they treated us.

Great home depot store that generally carries everything I need for my home and lawn. Only suggestion is that you should carry milorganite! That stuff is great and it sells out in every other store that carries it.

Store is well stocked and pleasant to shop in.

There are lots of choices at this Home Depot. Sometimes I don't feel like there is enough help on Saturdays. But I will go back.

A wonderful store to visit where you can find everything you need for your home

Jon in Garden helped us with a variety of questions and products. He was personable and informative with the several needs we had. In addition, an employee named Kim walked up and was friendly to our kids and also gave us some great advice for our lawn needs. It was the best customer service we've had here and these gentleman made it that way!

The store itself is great, but the employees sometimes seem too busy to help.

Great Store. Good employees materials i need are 90% there Great Enviroment. Yes store was very clean The clintene tell were very helpful, Had products I needed. And assistance was very quick and knowledgeable

Don’t expect service in the last 30-40 minutes before closing. Stocking shelves seems more important than customers. You get an almost rude “ why ask me now!” Feeling. Some of us get out of work late and rush over before closing. American Fork store never has a bad attitude if you walk in 5 minutes before closing. They realize that they get Home faster helping customers rather than ignoring them or walking around them calling out the time. Provo is not worth the drive. Hard to get to “BEHIND” all the other stores and mall.

It seems there are sufficient employees to always be available to help customers with individual needs.

ANY TIME I SEE A STORE AS BUSY AS THE PROVO HOME DEPOT STORE, I KNOW THE PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF LIKE TO SHOP THERE. THE QUALITY AND PRICES OF THE GOODS THEY SELL ARE TWO THINGS THAT I'M VERY HAPPY WITH. ADDITIONALLY, IN THE YEARS SINCE THIS STORE OPENED, I'M YET TO FIND AN ASSOCIATE THAT WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME OR WHO COULD NOT GUIDE TO THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED.

The customer service at this store is ridiculous! We spend the entire time we are there looking for employees to help us. When we do find someone they tell us they can't help us and to look for someone in the area that we need help in. We have seen at least 10 employees at our last visit to this store that were doing absolutely nothing. And we ended up leaving and not getting everything we needed. I hate shopping here.

Very helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices.

We are frequent shoppers at Home Depot because of their large, varied inventory and good customer service. The store is clean and well stocked, and we receive friendly assistance when needed. We have been loyal customers for many years and usually find what we need there. Recently we moved to another town so now shop at a different location which we find just as good as our former Home Depot -- in fact, it is even larger!

Worst experience ever! We went there thinking we could get everything done at one place. We have encountered nothing but problems. I will never go back!

Went to the store to purxhase a new washer and dryer, the sales associate assigned to the applicainces had gone home sick. In stepped Rory who was from another department but helped us out just fine and even helped us get a great deal on our washer and dryer. Rory was super helpful, definitely coming back!

Great service and very friendly employees. Easy to find whatever product you need. Highly recommend over other home stores.
