Store was clean. I was shopping in the shelving area in the back of the store. I had a question but was unable to find an associate anywhere in my vicinity. As I was ready to check out, I finally encountered an associate, who asked me if I was able to find what I needed. At that point, My question didn't matter anymore, I had made my decision on my own, , and I was just "Done " Shopping at that point, and didn't feel like getting into it. The store is too big to have to walk all the way to the front of the store to get some assistance.

We had a problem with a flooded basement. After we cleaned everything up and we're ready to have new carpet installed, or basement flooded again about two days before the carpet was to be installed. I had to cancel the order and Ryan and Paula worked very very hard to help us out and even refunded our money down. I promised that when we were ready and have everything fixed again, we would be back to finish this project. Today I was able to make good on my promise. Mark and Ryan did an incredible job helping us pick out the right tile and all the right materials for our project at a great price. Since we have been going to the store, we have been taken care of so well that the crew at Home Depot has redefined customer service for us. From a washer dryer to a microwave, a snowblower too many "coats of paint, we were able to find everything there at a very competitive price with superior service. Steve and his team work very hard to create this experience for each and every shopper go out of their way

My experience at Home Depot in Quincy was Great. The help was very helpful .

I couldn't believe the things the "greeter" did for us, pointed us in the direction we needed, sent over a person to answer any questions we had and he helped us load the wagon. And then when we were checking out she had someone there to help us load the car. We never had to ask for any assistance. I call that great customer service. A great experience.

The employees here really help you find what your looking for and recommend what will get the job done best.

I love this store because when I have a big home projects as roof, kitchen or bath renovation I always get a very pleasant assistant.

So I go to home depot looking for a specific tool. I can't find it and all of a sudden an associate (Wayne) shows up and asks if I need some help. I tell him about this tool I remember from like 10 years ago and I need it to finish a repair I am working on. He asks a few questions about the tool and BLAM he goes over to the rack and gets the exact tool I am looking for. We were chatting about all the different tools and he pointed out a tool set that was on sale and would have an all in one use for me. Something I could keep in the car or on my tool bench. After I went to the checkout I realized what I can tell my wife what I want for Christmas! Thank you Wayne for listening to my tool stories and your amazing help!

Look for joe in the plumbing section, he have the knowledge to almost every single item in the store. Very friendly and will stick with you till you find the thing you are looking for

I was in a hurry and the front greeter knew just where my item was saving me a lot of time.

I found the item right away, and an employee was nearby to answer a question I had about it.

I went into Home depot for spray paint and stumbled upon the houseplant section. I became very excited about buying some plants but a little overwhelmed not knowing which plants would be the best choice for me. Mark, as sales associate spotted me out and began to answer all 100 of my questions. He helped me find two plants that I love. He was very knowledgeable and passionate of his work, it made a wonderful experience for me.

I found the associates were very helpful. Barry helped us in two departments.

I have been to multiple home improvement stores over the past few months and I have to say, this Home Depot far outweighs any other store in customer service. All of the associates are accessible, pleasant and more than willing to help. Every time I have shopped in the store (at least once a week over the past few months), I have had positive encounters and the associates engaged in conversation. Making returns is simple and there is always someone to help.

I was assisted in buying mousetraps and the gentleman there suggested that I use the liquid bait instead of using peanut butter. Eileen the cashier helped me use my store credit card and went out of her way to get a black sharpie to put the residual balance onto the store credit card for me. She earns a "ten".

On 10/15/2015 Patrick and Paul helped us with bathroom tiles. Patrick took it upon himself to look up different tiles online to ensure we got what we needed and Paul offered amazing suggestions on what to do to our selection of tiles. It was their amazing attitude and customer services that made our experience that much greater. We’ve been shopping at this location since the start of September and we’ve observed that everyone has always been nice and courteous. The staff never hesitates to ask people if they need help as it cultivates a better sense of community within the store. I love how people continuously engage one another.

Even though it was a crowded Saturday morning visit, the sales associates were available and so helpful. It made the shopping experience pleasant and easy.

the kids are getting bigger and the basketballs and hockey pucks flying into the neighbors driveway needed to be stopped... I could do it,, just needed some help and suplies from my local HD! My 3 Sons and I hopped in the truck, rented the auger and dug the holes. 4x4's were dropped in, quick dry cement mixded and poured in. Kids made sure everything was level and there was enough water in the mix. Returned to HD found the brackets and the Pressure Treated lumber. Sqared everything away and threw up the slats. No more dents in the neighbors cars and a great looking fence for the kids to push each other into - all thanks to HD!

I needed a quick solution for temporary lighting in yard and needed something to plug in to an outlet. Kevin suggested using a work light 500 watts and using zip ties to hang from a post. It worked out great! Thanks Kevin!

We had a good experience at Homedepot Centre St Quincy MA store. Cashier Suong - STH0259 was very nice and helpful. We appreciated very much. Great company has smart employees.

Whenever I need supplies for my house or car, this is always the location I shop at. It is very well organized, clean, has helpful associates and products have always been in stock.

I went here for a small belt sander and I was satisfied with the selection and price range of the products they had to offer

I needed a mirror for my bathroom and I was able to find one but had a minor scratch on it and they were able to reduce the price by song

Girl at checkout was very helpful. She knew where everything was.

Found what I was looking for but with the help of an associate was able to find three of of cushions I was looking for!!
