Store is close to my Quincy MA home and I stop here frequently to pick up small things for the house. Things like toilet valves, washers to repair leaking faucets, garden hose repair for the time I ran over the hose with the lawnmower, florescent light bulbs, etc. One time I was in an emergency because my hot water heater broke down on a Sunday afternoon and Home Depot had a direct fit replacement in stock so literally within 2 hours my kids were taking their nighttime bath. I am happy the store is here.

I recently purchased wood fence panels needed for making my fence. The store is always clean and the associates are very friendly. The products are available, the price is right on for all my purchases, and very fast shipping.

I recieved good help at the tool rental counter by cashier robert when i bought my milwaukee sawsall did not tell me it already had a warranty for 5 years and I was paying for the six and seven year wHich was totally unnecessary

This store is clean and has PLENTY of EVERYTHING in every possible size and design. I go in to get one thing and every time walk out with more than whats on my list

I'm always asked if I need assistance or have questions regarding the product I'm purchasing - which I usually do. I find everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. They have even walked me over to the area I need to get to instead of pointing it out.

The store is always clean and well stock but rare occasion to find a knowledgeable person to answer your questions

everyone from contracter sales to the sales reps on the sales floor to the cashiers and loading personell is always cheerful and happy to assist not some competitors store associates whom make you feel they are doing you a great favor by assisting you.

The girl at the check out should have stayed home !!! Went to the register she walked away left us in the wind as if we were invisible .Total black eye to the service industry Blah blah blah had to find another register anyway some people just dont get it.Sorry for her anyway great store will be back for sure too sad.

conveniently located outside of train station and parking lot. But product you see online is most likely not available in the store so call to check before coming.

Steve who works at the Plumbing section at the Home Depot at Quincy Adams station is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the whole store experience very pleasant and he works hard to give the best customer service to all the customers.

This store has been disneyland for me since I could put a hammer in my hand. Coming here, its different than other stores. You can actually see the structure of how the store was built and you don't have to look fancy or put together when coming here. Wake up in the morning and need to go to home depot, well just through on some jeans, boots and a shirt and your good. These stores are also very organized in the simplest way. Even if I'm in another home depot. I just look up and those same section signs are there and directing me to what I am looking for. Or if I still can't find what I'm looking for there is always a home depot employee there to help you. I also love how some of them when you ask them where something is they are able to just tell you instead of looking with you. There so good that they remember where things are. Anyways I have bottom many tools or bolts ranging from small in size to large and have been successful every time. I also love the orange buckets they sell.

I can find many suitable price in the Home Depot, and associates are nice

Great experience. Prices are reasonable. Even has a dunkin donuts .... pick me up to do your shopping. Everything you can think of is there. Staff is friendly easy to talk too.

I am always looking for something weird,like small chime batteries for a remote doorbell ,or a special grade wire for a diy ham radio antenna project.The staff have amazed me with their technical knowledge.
