The Staff is wonderful. And Fernado was wonderful if it hadn't been for him finding our Checkbook in the Electric cart we would have been lost.

Out of all of our three Home Depots in our Coachella Valley I feel this one has the best employees that go way beyond their duties to make sure that your project gets done and if I do it myself they help

Typical big box hardware store- if you know what you need, they usually have it. If you need help, assistance is spotty.

This store has the most knowledgeable, & friendly associates that go the extra mile to get us in & out quickly with all the right products & material at the best prices!! What a wonderful surprise we had when we were actually helped by the employees while shopping today! Generally, I cringe each time we step into Home Depot because of the lack of quality customer service. Today was a completely different shopping experience. We were asked numerous times if we needed help finding anything (shocking!), and at checkout (self-check) an employee (Erika) was more than enthusiastic about helping us. We actually left smiling! Thank you for the improvement. PLEASE keep it up:)

I have never shopped at any other home depot with such accommodating employees that I didn’t even have to search for to assist me. Service was above and beyond for all 4 gentlemen that came to my rescue for something small and not a huge sale.
