Everyone I spoke with in the store went overboard to help me find what I was looking for. The all greeted me with a smile and a professional attitude. I was looking for a particular type of light bulb which was not in the area where all the others were. The associate helped me find it in another area.

Great selections for the paint I needed. Friendly staff helped with preparing the paint timely. Also, help in the small tools department looking for a specific sand paper.

Bob provided extensive product knowledge about different brands of refridgerators which helped us make a selection & purchase.

I like using the app to read specs on items. Then I use the store locator to find them in store.

I had a very positive experience in the paint department. I was trying to match paint from a tiny sample and it was matched perfectly. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. When I went in the next time, the person that helped me with the paint, greeted me and asked how the paint color worked out. I was very impressed.

The whole staff was so very helpful on Friday morning, Nov 27th... explaining where things were & getting items ready for all of the early shoppers. Even bringing coffee and rolls up front for the shoppers. It was a great experience!

While I rarely need to return any item I purchase from Home Depot, recently I purchase a 2 burner propane grill for $139.99. A decent price as I was donating it to a sailing yacht club that lost theirs, due to spring flooding. Upon delivering the grill and making the proper connections, the grill would fire up the propane tubes. I determined the problem to be the regulator hose from the tank to the grill. Rather than taking the grill back for return, I removed the defective regulator and returned it to the store, hoping this would not be an issue, since I trashed the receipt and was hoping they would have a replacement on hand. The cashier, Tarequl called for a floor assistant, promptly saw my dilemma and retrieved a replacement hose with regulator. Minor paper work filled out and I was on my way with the replacement part to finish the donation.

good place to find the things you need , good location

I came in to buy a Kwikset levered handle for my bedroom door, to replace the doorknob. I came home with new handles for all of my interior doors. I had a question about the reversibility of the handle, and an associate taught me what I would need to do. Five of my doors have doorknobs on the right edge; one has it on the left. I feel confident that I can tweak the handle on that door without asking my sons-in-law to help.

I was assisted by a very professional and knowledgeable young man in the paint department. He took the time to explain the whole paint buying process to me and after staying over his scheduled shift he handed me off to his peer who was equally as helpful.

I love our Home Deport at Richardson and staff are nice and care.
