I love Home Depot & this location seems to be the friendliest. I can always find an associate when I need one and Rose at the Return Desk is always friendly and helpful. They make you feel that your project and project needs are important to them.

I usually buy at this store. I've been doing my house painting project and getting all the materials from Home Depot, and most of the times I have the fortune to find these two guys at the painting section, not sure about the names but one is an old guy with gray hair and blue eyes and then the lady (Hispanic with long straight black hair). They are always very helpful, those are my guys! They help me out with tips to do my projects, and get me the colors of paint that I need even when they do not have it in their palette, I have brought a couple of colors from a different store (brands that they do not carry) and they have been able to match those colors. It is always nice to find people who is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.

The store was clean, product were easy to find, and I always happy with my shopping experience at this store.

Personally, I was welcomed to attend this store. The staff/employees was awesome. I felted comfortable and welcomed.

The greeter was not only nice and pleasant but, he knew exactly where the product was I needed. Then I received help getting the long lights to check out And then to my car.

I walked into my HD today to a very crowded Paint counter. After waiting in line, I hit the jackpot with my associate in the Garland Texas store. He took his time, never made me feel rushed and perfectly color matched a very old paint color for me. In spite of the crowd - his kind and patient demeanor never faltered. Kudos to HD for hiring good people who take customer very seriously. What a fun shopping experience.

I had a good in-store experience. What I was looking for was right where i expected it to be. There was only one remaining, but that's all I needed. I did have to wait while another customer searched for the right part in the same area, but that allowed me to check out a few other items in the area which gave me an idea for another project.

Associate in lumber was very rude when a fellow associate was busy and asked him to help me put some fence posts in my basket. He schlumped over and started putting posts in the basket. I said I did not want any with mold on them and asked if I could have the ones above. He started putting them in my cart and when I said I did not want some because of mold he turned around and walked off without ever saying anything to me. I only had 10 posts in my cart but could not reach anymore so I only left with 10 when I needed 15 or 20.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and if i ask something and the person doesn't know then he/she will get the info real quick and not just tell me what i want to hear.

The expert plumbing assistance I received was a welcome relief as I am NOT a plumber and have several plumbing issues. This man was not only helpful, but friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging to this little DIYer.

Many associates available and very friendly and helpful. Did not like the aisles having product shrink wrapped on pallets in the aisles, though.

The store was clean and organized. The store cashier was nice and helpful.

Am a very busy guy, I just had enough time to purchase the tools I needed for my job.Everything was in the right place and I really didnt need any assistance but they were always near by. I will definitely stop by again, thanks home depot!

Bob and Ed in plumbing were especially helpful. I showed them pictures of my situation and they were able to tell me exactly what to do. This project is ongoing and will last several more days. Yesterday was when I spoke to Bob and there was another young man who helped at first, but I forgot his name. I did write a longer review in the survey but I just wanted to say I could not have done this repair without you'll's help. Thank you very much.
