Joe was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and I have never received the service he gave from any other associate in that store. Joe is defiantly an employee to hold on to.

I love shopping at Home Depot and the people at the Richardson Store are always very helpful and available to ask questions.

I was pleased with my visit to Home Depot. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The prices were reasonable.

The staff in the paint department is excellent. Mainly the two women. They take the time to find out what you want and are helpfu. They made the visit enjoyable.

I went to in looking for a ventahood with all the parts to install it with, an Steven came over and walked me through the whole process and helped me buy everything I needed

I had to change out a faulty light switch in my home. I bought the switch and when I got home I realized it was the wrong color. I was able to exchange the switch for the right color in a fast and easy process.

Great experience was helped quickly and they loaded it in the rain.

Home Depot had the items I needed in stock and was very easy to find.

All the employee were friendly and very helpful. Always knowledgeable re: were product are located.

There is NO hassle in shopping at Home Depot. If you need help, just ask any Assciate and they are very helpful.

I always feel comfortable when walking into the Home Depot on Jupiter and Buckingham. The employees are always friendly and helpful when you ask them for assistance. I like to browse at all the new items and feel at ease and never pressured that I have to leave the store right away.

We received assistance after about 5 minutes, then he realized that we had many questions, so he found another associate, who had more info. that was very courteous of him, as we did come to a decision and made a large purchase. We then were assisted with a 15yr. veteran of H.D.; a lady; she answered all of our installation questions, we were checked out, got help putting our purchases up into the SUV and were off.

I have been a HD customer for over 20 years and think they are doing a great job overall in comparison to their competition.

Overall it is a great place where I find what I need. Generally it is well organized and neat. With some limitations of available employees, when I needed, I did not wait long to find an employee for help. Thank you.

Had to return an item and trade it in for another. Was an ease to take care of once I found my receipt. Found what I was looking for and left a happy customer.

The Jupiter/Buckingham Home Depot store is a nicely run store. It's always a pleasure to shop there.
