I was shopping in Home Depot at 11260 West Broad Street, Glen Allen VA. While I was there the forklift beeper was so loud everywhere in the store that it hurt my ears. I am sure the decibel level is far above a healthy level for both customers and employees. I imagine that employees are afraid to complain for Fraser of losing their jobs. I complained to the cashier who told me that it has to be that loud to avoid accidents. I wish the state and county health departments and OSHA would visit this store and see if they agree with the extreme loudness of the forklift beeper. I do not think they would agree at all.

On the day of installation not one of the 4 doors I ordered was correct and/or there. The order was so messed up that they finally called and offered me two choices - get a compete refund and they would send someone out to remeasure and we could start over; or, just get a full refund. I chose the latter. One of the exterior doors they had for me actually opened outwardly.

Michael and Lisa provided the best customer service. They were very professional and helpful. I can’t thank them enough!

Great experience! Getting back to the basics of mutual respect and friendly service. I will drive back to this specific location.

I was lost when it came to buying flowers for my wife. Denice stepped right in and started answering my questions. She got others involved and made it fun and informative with the answers she gave. She checked me out with a big smile on her face and an honest thank you for my military service. Wonderful sales person.

My wife and I came into the store to return and item. Brandon immediately called us over to his register. Within a matter of 2 minutes , we were on our way with an instore credit that we immediately used. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to deal with and talk to. Will definitely be back again and plan on using this short pump location from now on. By far the friendliest staff at Home Depot work at this short pump store. Thanks again Brandon.

We walked into Home Depot without knowing how to solve our problem. It’s as simple as this, a very high ceiling, a customer who is afraid of heights. With no idea about what kind of bulb I needed. Mr. Brothers was so kind to us and helped us leave very satisfied. Sometimes it’s not about spending thousands of dollars on an appliance. Sometimes it’s about something simple that will keep you coming back again and again.

It has been a while since shopping at this location. I found everything I needed and the employees were very helpful.

Each time I visit the Short Pump Home Depot all the orange apron people are so polite and helpful. This store has a customer centric culture that eliminates any apprehension that I may have when shopping for items.

The customer service at the Short Pump Home Depot is second to none. David, Steve, and Kela were especially PHENOMENAL! Thank y’all so much!

This particular Home Depot (RICHMOND/W BROAD Store #4611) is my preferred store, even though there is another Home Depot closer to me. The people here are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Wanted to look at drill presses. Needed a tap and die set. Needed a bit adapter. Literally none of those things stocked anymore. Not even an empty place on the shelf. And we wonder while American retail establishments are dying. I drove over 90 minutes for nothing.

Couldn't find a cart. Asked an employee. Got told they were "at the exit" and suggested [edited because review won't let my include the same profanity the employee used]. Once I had a cart, I literally couldn't navigate the store because there was so much clutter blocking the aisles. This was my first time back to this store after they delivered my $13000 mower to the wrong address three years ago, so I'm 100% done with this location.

Positive Mental Attitude is what greeted me, helped me and advised me further on some options I would not have know about otherwise. Great experience on this shopping day and all smiles was had. Definitely made me want to return as am going to be doing a remodel IF my offer on a house is accepted! Whoop!

5 star Chubby was an excellent cashier and manager! 10/10 customer service, attention to detail, and personality. Yall best get this man his wireless controller to undo the security tags! He will be the #1 reason I will return to this Home Depot location.

Had a great Customer service experience at HD. Rakele was super helpful! I have seen the competing stores and HD vary their customer service levels. I enjoy excellent customer service as provided by HD now. I hope they keep it up!

This store has many items in stock. I was looking for something that was not in the store. I was taken to the Pro desk to look up the item which was found and delivered to my house free. They also offered a referral service for my deck and fence project. They offered information about a storage shed which I may need later.

I always go and get my plants every year from Home Depot. They always have what I need. Everything is organized. And the customer service is outstanding.

Great customer service which you can't get at most places to shop.

We came in for paint and the gentleman at the counter who helped us was clearly ready to leave. He asked minimal questions to determine our project needs, which resulted in us taking home the wrong paint color and type (he gave us satin instead of semi gloss). Now that we realized it’s the wrong color and type, Home Depot says that they can’t help us at all because paint is non refundable and we would need to purchase the right type of paint, thereby costing us double the money and time. It is ridiculous that Home Depot will do nothing to remedy this situation.

A clerk, named Rakele, was extremely helpful in assisting me scan my items and assisting with a problem with my credit card. She was engaging, very professional and went out of her way to assist me when I had to return to my car to get my wallet. She should be an example to others for her excellent customer service skills.

Charlie helped me buy a dishwasher and he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and fast. From walking in the store, he had me checked out in about 30 minutes.
