Home Depot empowers their customer service agents to resolve issues quickly and appropriately. Emmit particularly was amazing. I will shop this HD for all my hardware/home needs.

This store took care of things when it went wrong. The system was down and would not print/email me a receipt for my truck rental & they took diligent time & effort to fix it. They also gifted me a water, checked on me while I waited, kept me updated on the status & gave me a free rental as the wait was 1hr before we could get the system to work. I appreciate you guys! Jaeda (the manager) was phenomenal. Thanks for genuinely putting the customer first!

Mgr, asst mgr and staff all provided the best customer service I've ever experienced in that environment. All went above and beyond to help me.

I am very upset that they are discontinuing Spax screws but had everything else I wanted.

We ordered a new refrigerator from another store but continued to have delays in the delivery of the product. We decided to check with The Home Depot where we spoke with Charlie in the Appliance Department. He discussed our needs and indicated that Home Depot has several of the brand of refrigerators that we wanted. We ultimately decided to cancel our order with the other store and ordered it through The Home Depot. It was delivered in a few days without any problems. We couldn't be happier and thank Charlie and The Home Depot for being there for us.

This particular Home Depot beats all I have shopped at in the tri cities and it is because of the superior customer service shown here. Still, sometimes things go off kilter. PHONE: Having trouble getting help by phone and feel only a manager can save you? SIMPLY ASK FOR OR PICK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION and ask to speak to **WHITNEY O.! She is the one who can get your issue solved - without having to angrily ask for management and begin any screaming match. Whitney makes the need to ask for a manager simply disappear. She will take your issue, handle it and you will be a happy customer who feels her care that you spend you money well at this SUPERIOR Home Depot. store. She is tops and so is her store.

First time I've been extremely disappointed shopping here due to two things. Lack of help in the garden center. (I had to call the store from the garden center and ask for them to come and help me.) In addition, they did not have, nor do they to have the fertilizer (Milorganite) which I have bought here twice a year for the last several years. On a positive note: The employees with whom we dealt were helpful and friendly, so you've got that going for you. Sure hope the next visit to this store is a better one -- one similar to what we've experienced previously. Thank you.

Nai was super helpful in finding what I needed. It proved to be a difficult task but she was determined, happy, and super helpful. I loved her attitude and ability to use several resources to get the answers we were looking for. Nai is awesome and I'm so thankful that she was the one that helped me!

Home Depot is our favorite home improvement store in the area. Always clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful! I’ve never had to wait in long lines when checking out. Thank you!

Usually I like this store but today not. Hardly any customers so you'd think I could get help loading 10 bags of mulch. There were no large carts available for me to do it myself. When i asked cashier in garden dept to page for help she seemed befuddled and claimed she didnt have a phone to do so. So she sent me chasing down another employee ....who was walking faster than my 78 yr old legs could transport me. So...I asked another employee in garden dept for help and she, too, was no help and couldnt page. Finally traisped inside to customer service and they DID page 2 young lads who did the job. Not sure why i got such a literal 'run around' today.....usually it goes smoothly. There were only 2 other customers in this dept. while I was there.

Definitely, I will recommend my friends who is the first home buyer like me and who hasn't been there. They will be very surprise when they visit because The Home Depot has many things need for their sweet home.

Had 2 employee interactions, one fin,e one awful. Needed length of chain and a young woman offered to help me cut bulk chain to length. She was new and did not know how to work the cutter, I showed her how to safely, she did fine. She was helpful and polite. I went to the front to check out, there were 2 employees lounging about and when I told the cashier the chain price and length, he sneered that I needed to tell him the SKU or he could not help. I left the chain on the counter. I found the items I wanted, helped the employee cut it, remembered the length/price and brought it and my wallet to the front to purchase it, that is all I need to do!
