Home Depot has been my go store, they what I need and is close to home which makes it so convenient.

I’ll say this ANY thing I have purchased, over many years we have been happy with., Most women’s favorite stores are clothing, mine HOMEDEPOT!

Anxious to get my item delivered!!

Clean the garden dept and keep it clean, pigeon poop is not healthy to the human population.

I bought a quart size wood stain for a home project and was able to get the stain in a great color.

The folks that work there are very helpful. I see some of them so often, it’s almost like they’re family in a way.

Shop at Home Depot a lot for most home repair supplies and hardware. Almost always has what I need in stock.

I’m not a major tool guy, but I’m handy. However I never know what to buy, thank you to the elderly gentlemen (wish I remembered his name to shout it out here) who shed some experience on my shopping trip to help me save some $$$$

Lady behind returns was rude to costumers

Store needs better air conditioning! Very warm.

I bought a refrigerator and scheduled a delivery day. I was told I would be called the night before with a time window. No one called, so I called the store twice and was told to be patient, that I would be called. Today, delivery day, I again called the store only to be told my refrigerator was on back order and wouldn’t be in until September. NO notification from the store. I had to call to discover this! I’m 81 years old and in a wheelchair. I had to pay for help to empty my refrigerator/ freezer to get ready for a delivery that never happened. To say I am very displeased by customer service is an understatement. I don’t think I will ever make another large purchase at Home Depot.

Was really happy with the service and help I recieved from Patrica and Juanita in the pro dept. They made sure my order processed quickly and delivered in a timely manner

Misleading ads posted for discounts of "fencing products" but company won't honor them.

Bought the item with Ron's help. Great colustomer service and my item was handled with care.

I went to the store to buy a grill as I already have a Traeger smoker and a black stone Grill. I was looking for a small barbecue that was heavy duty and after looking around I talked to an associate and he recommended a three burner Weber grill. After thoroughly looking around I was convinced that this was the product that I needed to get. At the checkout the associate was able to add my military discount to an email discount that I had and saved me a lot of money. Now That's What I Call Great customer service.

Paint Department. Hispanic fellow have me the third degree for getting some paint shaken in their machine. Told him previously bought it from a hardware store just wasn't sure which one. I was going to buy a paint tray so they still made a sale.

Over the last many months we have seen a consistent improvement in old fashion customer service at the Rio Rancho NM location. Thank you team HD.

I should have checked online companies first, I wanted to shop local but could have saved myself 30% on my purchases .

The speed bumps in the parking lot make me not want to go unless absolutely necessary. The store finally got better, but then they ruined it with the speed bumps that feel like they will fage my car.

I bought several live plants, had excellent help from Priscilla in gardening and with Robert in returns. Both very informative about my plants and helpful.

I got what I needed to do a knockdown spray texture job on my garage. I WILL be back for 5 gallons of primer and 5 gallons of BEHR paint (and rollers, etc.)

Terrible experience…had your Rheem installed professionally and the pitot assembly would not light off the water heater. Since you do not carry any parts, I had to get the part special ordered from the factory. It will take 2-5 days and here I am without hot water to cook or bathe. Thank you HD

They always are about to assist me in locating items quickly which reduces my off site time.!

The employees at Home Depot in Rio Rancho went out of their way to help us with our Christmas yard ornaments. They were polite and courteous and went the extra mile for us.

Is close to my place and using the app also very helpful to help me find my other item with the app. Rather than that this store is good for me.
