Pathetic customer service. Asked a simple question, whether or not the store would be receiving any more shipments of pellet fuel. Was told "I don't know", no offer to find out, nothing. I left the store and called to speak to someone in garden. Even though I asked about the store receiving more shipments other than what they had, the associate kept saying "we have some now". I had to explain several times that I knew that they had some now, but I was trying to determine how many I had to buy now since I don't live in the area and whether or not they are getting more shipments determines what I am doing. Finally he understood my question, but again the same answer "I don't know", no offer to find out, nothing. I called back and asked for a customer service representative. The exact same scenario, no one actually listened to my question, when he finally understood my question I was transferred to garden, same guy I had just talked to. So I asked for a manager, after being told he could help me several times, he finally agreed to just get a manager. Well, a manager never answered, instead the same guy from garden got on the phone and just said hello. When I tried to tell him I was still holding for the manager he hung up. Absolutely pathetic customer service. You would think that the employees in this location would realize that they don't just service Bernalillo and that some people have to try to plan and budget for purchasing certain items because the winter season lasts much longer in some areas that they service. There are other stores in area, which I will be giving my business to.

The employees at this store are the worst I have come across. No one helps in the departments and then I get to the self check out where the cashier wants to touch me inappropriately. Gross!!

Great store, this is what most Home Depot stores were like back in the 1980’s when they were new. This store in Rio Rancho on hwy 550 has pride, is clean, organized and the employees care.

Love to shop here because of how friendly everyone is and knowledgeable!

This store is always clean and neat. There’s always someone nearby to ask for help. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

This store is very well organized and less chaotic than other HD stores.

I love our neighborhood Home Depot. Recently we booked an appointment to look at carpet and schedule an installation. I hadn't used this service before; but, it was so nice to have the wisdom of the associate and not feeling rushed to make a decision. We love our local Home Depot!

The Rio Rancho Home Depot store is my go to store for all my Home Improvement needs. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I appreciate having a store that is so conveniently located when I have a project to do.

I shop here quite often and have purchased some large items. The only department I have issues with is the window dept. They show lack of concern and do not follow up with customer service issues.

Would frequent but it's miles away from my home. Had product not available at closer stores.

If you want a decent employee to eagerly assist you, ask for Sabrina. She is great and should be the store manager. She is going places. She cares about doing things correctly. For the good of the company.

The store has all the things I need for my projects. I’ve never had to go somewhere else to find what I need. Sandy, in the nursery dept. was very helpful and is always friendly.

Its clean people check up on you.

A great place to shop

I was shopping at store 3504 earlier on coors in Albuquerque. I had to hunt down hardware associates and spoke to the manager about price matching but everything I got was no, no, and more no’s. Left that store and came to this store in Rio Rancho. Very easy to shop here. I didn’t have to search for any associates. Manager and customer service cashier were friendly and went above and beyond for their sale today! Thank you

Returning product's are terrible. With a receipt!!!!

I have always had excellent experience with staff. This includes helpers in the garden center, cashiers and anyone not in their department. They will walk me over to find a purchase and not just send me down some aisle.

The items we ordered came in less than a week . Customer service is top rate..

Trip to Home Depot today found every product that I needed and if I had any questions the customer care person was very pleasant and it was a pleasant experience
