The Home Depot at 7700 US 550 NE provides the absolute best customer service we've experienced at any Home Depot we've shopped at. Management here is truly leading the way in providing customers with what they are looking for with all the above and beyond shoppers can hope for, THANK YOU!

Almost always have what we need.

I had an order shipped to this location but I live in Arizona so I called the service desk and the lady I spoke to said she could return the package but had to release the order and then return it for me. The employee did release the package but did not return the item and had to call customer service as I seen it was not returned to my home Depot credit card. The csr got me in contact with the Rio rancho store manager and she returned the amount to my card. I'm glad the manager corrected the problem but not happy that the person at the service desk did not return the item to my card or may have stolen an item I paid for

Gave them 2 weeks to fulfill my order. Wasn’t done and now they say another 2 weeks. Employees were unprofessional and not helpful at all

I was so impressed by the employees because every single one was friendly and helpful. They all seemed happy to be working there. I felt special

Leroy was absolutely amazing! He made a promise to take care of my parents when they went to buy a fridge and despite him working a different department he made sure they left the store happy and with a fridge! Lou was absolutely wonderful swooping in like wonder woman after my parents had a bad experience with the Appliance associate.

Sales staff Destinye and Beth went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I found all of the materials I needed for a outside firepit, plants and mosquito repellent supplies. They also ensured I was able to apply a discount and offered to take my things to the car, which wasn't needed but was much appreciated. Kudos to Destinye and Beth for being outstanding performers with, I hope, great things in their future.

Just like to say that if there were more cashiers at the pro exit, it would speed things up.

I got what I needed fast. I was in and out and got to my job quick.

Horrible delivery serv. I won't purchase any to be delivered, nor any big purchases at Home Depot. No follow through!

We went in to get a square yard of turf cut and in total the trip took over 30 minutes. We had to ask three separate employees for help each employee told us that we needed to contact a different department and find another employee to help us. The store was not busy enough to justify this long of a wait. We stayed very patient and polite throughout the entire ordeal but did not receive the same courtesy back from the employees. When we went to check out that was the worst of the customer service, we went to self check out and we were not greeted by the cashier but rather the cashier faced away from us and said “they all work. “ Because she didn’t even look at us we had no idea she was even speaking to us. All in all we will not be coming back the experience was extremely frustrating.

I went to this Home Depot for a special project I was doing (after visiting two other lumber yards). The reception I got at the Pro Desk was GREAT! Nady Garcia was helpful, responsive, and worked on my behalf to make sure I got everything I needed.

This trip was easy. I just needed a couple of dowels. However, the last time I was there a couple months ago, I needed to talk to somebody about getting cabinets for my laundry room and shades for my living room. I had all the measurements. Unfortunately, no one was available to help me in that department because the consultant was not in. So I left my name and phone number for someone to call me back whenever they were available. I never heard back. I still need those things, so I'm weighing my options on who to go with.

Horrible customer service. No one offered to help me with a heavy load of top soil.

I go in all the time and they have a new cashier Mikey he was very helpful being that he was new and very nice!

We bought a Wash Tower, GE double Oven and a Dishwasher

Everytime I go into the HD in Rio Rancho, the customer service reps approach me. They ask me if I need help (I always do). They walk WITH ME to the isle and show me where the product I need is located.

I was recently in this store picking up a few items and needed some help with an issue for something I wanted to purchase. I have to say, I had 3 wonderful employees help me and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. I have NEVER had such good customer service and I commend Home Depot and their outstanding employees!

I went to the store for a Ryobi hedge trimmer. I luckily received assistance from a wonderful and helpful employee, 'Jim' who helped me from start to finish but helped me to receive $100 of Ryobi batteries for free!! I had no idea of the promotion, but I'm so very glad and appreciative of Jim and his help. Home Depot is lucky to have such a great employee.

Super Friendly and helpful staff. Always a warm greeting and a helping hand. Can always find what I’m looking for and end up getting what Wasn’t on this list when surprised with new inventory.

Our Rio Rancho Home Depot is great! It is clean and stocks almost everything needed for home do-ers. Service personnel are friendly and will walk you to an item if you need help finding something. The tool and hardware and tool rental personnel are knowledgeable. Love the garden center!

Dave in the appliance department is totally awesome, he will walk you through all you needs and give you his undivided attention. He should be used as a mentor for all incoming employees. If all employees were trained by someone like home, Home Depot would shine above all.
