I needed to match paint in a house I just bought. The paint department was extremely helpful . They told me how to bring in a chip of the paint from the wall and then they were able to match it exactly! They were wonderful. I have also been very impressed that when I ask where I can find a product the associate insists on showing me him or her self and staying with me until I have found exactly what I need. Thank you!

at times the person answering the phone will have to sent me to another department and I lose the call... do not know if it is my phone or the phone system. I love Home Depot and purchase items regularly. however when I ask for assistance to assist in putting 60 lb bags of quickrete in my cart... I really would not like to hear a store associate say "I will do it for you for 50 bucks" even though he was "kidding" so he says... which he was kidding buhh he did not know what kind of day I was having and I did not want to hear anything like that. ... I told him I will write the store and request he get extra on his holiday bonus check... I love Home Depot... I would probably have my bridal registry at Home Depot someday when someone is willing to ask me to marry HIM. Thank you for your time, from a GrandmaOleLady... who loves Home Depot.

Had done our homework on updating the kitchen appliances in our home and Home Depot's prices were the best. The sales associates who assisted us with making a decision in regards to replacing our outdated appliances were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt we were an imposition or were taking too much of their time. Great job!

Great store, has all the normal Home Depot merchandise, and it's not as busy as most other stores. Great associates, I am always approached by several each time I come in.

I was in and out quickly and the self checkout was easy to use.

Went in for a sheet of plywood, only needing a small section. Thought I might have to have an associate cut one for me but I was able to find cut pieces already in stock. Was in and out much quicker than I thought!

I found and purchased everything I needed quickly without trouble.

I am handicapped and cannot walk. The handicapped shopping cart does not fit n the normal restroom, however this store does have a handicap/family rest room. When I went to use it, I had to wait for it to become vacant and the person who came out was AN ABLE-BODIED HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE!!! Please counsel your non-disabled employees not to use this restroom.

We stopped into Home Depot, for some garden soil, which was on sale. Along with this purchase, we picked up a 5 gal. jug of water, at a very good price. The people were very friendly, and the check out women was like a old friend. The store was well lite, and the aisles were clear, and clean. This is my favorite place to shop, cause I have never walked out of your store, empty handed.

The employees at this particular Home Depot are plesant, professional, and very knowledgeable in their jobs. They seem to actually enjoy their work and this definetly shows when you are talking to them!

Shopping for a water filter for my refrigerator and found that Home Depot was approximately $10 cheaper than elsewhere.

We needed a new dryer, and we only had to visit Home Depot. Within an hour, we had a dryer and got it home, no muss, no fuss.

All Home Depot stores are about the same. The difference in this store is the staff. They are ALL friendly and greet you like you were their best friend. They help with some bizarre requests like they happen every day. If they can't help you themselves, they get someone who can. This is the direct result of good management. The store is stocked well all the time, never are they "out of stock" on anything I need. Everybody in the store deserves a big pat on the back.

I knew what I needed but I didn't know what to buy and how to make it work. I arrived late on a Friday night, your man found what I needed and explained how to make it work. This is what makes Home Depot stand-out as the DIY store.
