Pretty good selection for a smaller HD. I'm happy with the produce selection for my trade (electrician). The sales associates are friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance no less than three times. They go out of their way to direct you to the correct product, saving me tons of time. Great people make a great store!

The young lady at the return counter has no business dealing with the public, she is beyond rude. Didn’t catch her name and I know it wasn’t Conda, whose name was on receipt. She has long black hair with a black face mask

This location has had everything I need when I need it. Great customer service and I enjoy ever trip there for my business needs.

My lawn irrigation project needed a number of pvc items. I always view the items I need online so I know pricing, availability, and in-store location. Home Depot #3517 almost always has what I need! And there is normally someone near-by who can assist with locating or suggesting alternatives. The cashier (Xavier) at self-checkout on my most recent visit to #3517 was especially helpful and was friendly!

I am lucky to be near a great hardware store. When you are a homeowner of a 25+ year old home, you often need to repair things. I usually find what I need and can get it same day or within a few days. The prices are fair and I like the ability to grab something late at night sometimes! You never know when you will need that specific item that decides to go out at 8pm on a Tuesday. Haha!

As a landlord I pop into this Home Depot every so often. Each time the staff has been excellent, friendly and complete in their dealings with me.

Sales person was knowledgeable and even came up and asked if we needed help. We bought a gas stove and an upright freezer on the spot.

This home Depot store is very convenient.Sometimes it doesn't have what we need in stock which stinks because we live 1 1/2 hours from it.

The employees of the Rio Rancho store have always been top notch. I shop this store first before any other in Albuquerque area. This is how good they actually are. Thank you for what you do.

get service and easy checkout

In the past 4 days I had to buy 15 gallons of paint with various colors and textures. Jasmine in the paint department was extremely helpful with her professional advice. She helped me pick the correct paint and textures for 4 different rooms. The project was a success with the great advice from Jasmine. I wanted management to know what an asset Jasmine is to Home Depot.

Had a curbside order. They had it out within 2 minutes of me parking.

Definitely don't go to self checkout because you will be watched and the scanner will be taken out of your hands so that somebody can scan it for you while they do it incorrectly then you have to spend more time in customer service trying to get that corrected because they were in such a hurry to scam your items that you never asked help with and then come back to a self-checkout where they will watch you and try to make you feel uncomfortable as you're checking yourself out. Then when you ask them if they want to see your receipt they will give you attitude because they were caught being shady. If you're going to have self-checkout have people there that are going to be respectful of the people checking out.

The delivery date will change, and getting ahold of a person is difficult. Spent 3 hours trying to contact someone, only to give up and call Whirlpool directly who handled it in under 30 min. Waiting almost 2 weeks for a dishwasher is lame, customer service has given me buyer’s remorse before its even delivered. Won’t buy another appliance from here.

I bought a shower hose on my way somewhere. Glad to see an abundance of products wherever I go.

This dryer was on sale and was perfect for replacing a very old dryer that was malfunctioning. I had to buy a new electric cord and new exhaust ducting to have the dryer delivered and installed. The installer said that my existing duct was perfectly OK for the installation, so he used it. He did not leave the "new" duct with me, but took it away. He did not suggest that I would get a refund for the unused "new" duct, however. First load of laundry seems to be drying fine.

Joe in Pro, Tom in paint, Gilbert in doors, Leonard & Carlos in wood, Ron in hardware, Larson in wood, are my go to team. These employees go above and beyond every single time. I would not be able to accomplish my projects without them. You all are the BEST!

I use HD. for 30 years and the only frustrating thing is picking up special orders.
