The store is generally well stocked and clean, but I have found many times when business is somewhat slow that their staff is standing around talking to one another while there is only 1 cashier and a long line at checkout. Really? I could opt to check myself out and bag my own merchandise, but aren't they there to help and serve the customers?

This store has been always well stocked. the department employees are always very helpful, Sarah, the cashier, provided a friendly and efficient atmosphere. Jaime, a cashier also provided a service to save me money. I will shop at this Home Depot only

Every time I go into this Home Depot I'm always approached by several Associates asking me if I need help finding Anything. Whenever I say yes they leave me directly to what I was looking for and are always very helpful.

Customer service in this store stinks.Employees pay more attention to their cell phones than they do the customers. No one offers to help a customer find anything.

Great selection of tile and carpet.

The associate in the paint section who appeared to be a caucasian female with glasses was friendly in helping me find the item I needed. An associate named Kyle really went above and beyond to help me find item I needed. Kyle was also very good at explaining in detail about the products so that Id be able to pick the right item. Kyle was very sweet, nice, and friendly. Cashiers Leanne and Tony were very friendly as well and safely got all items back into the cart after ringing up & bagging purchased items. I thank all of the above mentioned employees at this location. Please reward them. I was getting materials for a cardboard sculpture I will be putting together and painting.

Hd Folks: Store #3517, is a "professional building trades country club". We all know each other, and constantly share "tips" on how to improve our quality of finished work, and how to take care of our own customers and clients...

The service at this store is getting worse. Flat carts without rails were not available. One register open while people waiting in a long line, not everyone likes self checkouts. A security officer was doubled over in pain, I asked if I could call for help as he was very sick. He replied no that he would lose his job. Merchandise was damaged again upon opening at home. Very disappointing when trying to explain to customer service " nobody cares"
