I DRIVE TO THIS HOME DEPOT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS ONE MUCH CLOSER BECAUSE OF THE HELPFUL & NICER DEDICATED EMPLOYEES . I ONLY SHOP AT THIS HOME DEPOT.

Garden section: Lazy staff, unhelpful, UNDERSTAFFED on a holiday weekend, unaware of their own advertisements. No help loading soil, pavers and retaining blocks, even upon requesting help, staff wandering around fussing around with after hours details, security guards and employees chatting it up while customers need help.

Thank you Jill, Matt, and Susan for helping me with my flooring and blinds needs! You three were very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with you!

I just moved to Bernalillo. I have done ALOT of shopping instoe and online ordering. I have never been more pleased with a store! Everyone is very helpful, pleasant, and gets the job done.! Prices are fair, store is spotless (A big plus to me) Highly recommend this business.

This place feels more like visiting an old friend than just making a run to the store. I find all the folks here to be professional but courtesy. Exacting but more than willing to help you when you get the feeling you are about to try something overwhelming. In my opinion, these folks are all too often the unsung heroes because, unfortunately, when you complete something and it turns out much better than you imagined, you say a little thank you for the guidance you got from Home Depot

You can always find employees throughout the store. Always a friendly smile to greet you as you Come through the front door. Quality of products and variety is what makes us continually return to Home Depot. Compared to competitive stores Home Depot has better quality in the items they sell. They also stock items in everyone’s price range.

This particular Home Depot is always well stocked and full of courteous, informative employees. As a retired former firefighter and now a home inspector, I recommend spending your hard earned $$ here!

In the past I really enjoyed coming to this store for all of my home improvement needs. As of late however I find I am willing to drive right past it to go somewhere else. The store associates used to be very friendly and happy to help with any questions but recently I noticed a lot of new faces that are simply unwilling to put even the smallest effort into providing a good customer experience.
