Clean , friendly , and had all supply, and very helpful

Found what we needed easy we know where everything is since we have been in there plenty of times... Didn't need any help but we were asked... Store is usually clean & well stocked... Everyone is usually friendly & helpful...

I needed help on a return of a large special order item and Terri came through. She had all the answers and even called the online service dept to give me my best options.

I love this store! The employees are always so friendly and helpful! Never have to look very far to find help when I need it. The store is alway clean and well organized with a great selection.

I visit this store quite often and I would like to say that everyone one here is very helpful. It does not matter how small my question is they always answer and help me with a smile. The cashiers are very helpful also. I have never been to a store when you are greeted every time with good morning or afternoon. That is what I call the best service. I also talked with their manager Davin and what a great manager he is. The associates seem to really like him which makes the store even better. I would just like to say thank you Home Depot for hiring the best of the best. You NAILED IT !!!!

Love coming to this store even know I'm closest to the Modesto store. The Customer service is impeccable and the pro desk reps are TOP KNOCH!

Store is clean and products are standard but there was a huge issues with employees not being well-trained. I also was told by an employee they could not provide me with a copy of my receipt and they said they had already given me one (they had not and found my “missing” receipt after I asked repeatedly).

The store is always neat and clean and shelf items are easy to find. Associates are usually friendly and helpful

I WANT TO THANK WHOEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEW ELECTRIC HANDICAPPED CARTS. I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR YEARS FOR SOME NEW CARTS AT THIS STORE! THEY WEREN'T NEAR THE FRONT DOOR WHERE THEY BELONG, BUT AT LEAST THEY WERE NEW AND CHARGED UP!!

Paint department/ staff was well educated of what kind of materials they have and what’s the best steps to get something done..

The associates at this store are extremely nice and helpful. When it's busy it can take a bit to be helped since they do their best to assist multiple customers at once, but if you are patient they will always be happy to help you out.

Whoever came up with the new checkout setup should be fired. Beyond inefficient. One clerk for 8 checkout "stations". Was actually faster to go to customer service and wait in line. Go to another store until this one is fixed.

Lack of experienced Mgr. If the mgr get any younger they will be wearing diapers.

Always has what I am looking for. And if I can't find it, I have always been able to get assistance in finding what I am looking for. Great store.

This is a shout-out to one employee who has helped us many, many times. My husband and I are remodeling our home, so we have spent over 30 thousand dollars at Home Depot. "Lumber-Jack (Jack) has helped us several times, and always with a smile! He knows the products and he never complained when we were confused about a product or two. I have worked in the service industry, in the management position, for many years, so I know how important it is to have employees who are knowledgeable and professional. He is both, but also patient and kind!! Thank you, Lumber-Jack!!

Store is fine, clean and well stocked but employees lack the skills to help customers out because of lack of training in other departments. I waited 2 hrs to be helped with a patio sliding door and then was told after the 2 hrs I'd have to come back next day because the specialist had to go home for the day with 5 hrs remaining on her shift. Are you seriously making customers wait 2 hrs then tell them they cant be helped come back tomorrow now. I needed a patio slider that day due to a broken glass which was expressed to 3 employees and the store supervisor/manager as well and still told to come back tomorrow because only the specialist can help me. Really no one else knows how to run that dept in an emergency when an employee leaves. Get more employees trained in each department Homedepot or you'll lose major business this way. Worst experience by far than any other home improvement store ive shopped in over 25 yrs.

Great people at this store, it would be great if all employees at other stores treated customers as great as I was treated at this store.

This is the cleanest, best organized store in the Modesto, CA area. I highly recommend you drive the extra mile to get to this store, as I do. Staff is friendly and well informed and the inventory is well stocked.
