It takes a little longer for us to travel to this store, but we come here because the store is always neat and the associates always helpful. Keep up the good work.

The sales associate, Joan, in the appliance dept. was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We absolutely would go back to purchase another appliance with her and home depot.

I was able to easily find all the materials I was looking for. The sales associates are always available and very knowledgeable .

The fact that I'm in the middle of a number of Home Depots and try use Riverhead whenever possible says it all. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. LOVE this store.

I was in the electriclal dept. the other day and needed help with a project. I was over whelmed with the selection of items I needed. Cherly took the time to explain the differences and helped me make the right choice. The department was very busy and yet she took the time to help. Thats why I enjoy the Home Depot.

I purchase 3 appliances today at the store. I previously looked at the website and did shopping and in the store the clerk clarified items in question.

This store is a pleasant experience there is always someone greeting you when you walk in .... always asking if they can assist you.... Its clean, and neat, they have the best Christmas stuff love that DURAFLAME is the cheapest here .... And Kenny I believe was his name helped me out buying power tools for hubby, i learned alot and he was very helpful I learned alot !!!

The employees in the appliance section were very helpful and polite. No fault of theirs but I would like if Home Depot had an install consultant available to help problem solve your projects.

I knew what I wanted and what price range....I just wanted a basic GE Electric Stove in Bone....She just got right to the point...explained everything to me about when it is delivered.....done.....I always go to Home Depot

Just bought a stove from Joan Leogrande. She is awesome and knows her stuff. I went in looking to purchase one thing and she showed me a less expensive better stove that had more features. She truly cares about the customer

October 30, 2015 Riverhead New York Home Depot I would like to than k FRANK in the electrical department for all his help and assistance with my electrical project. Frank was very knowledgeable with my needs and assisted me with the items needed. I commend the HOME DEPOT for the quality of personnel they hire witch truly made my shopping experience a pleasure.

Associate was very helpful with the item I needed.

I always have great experience with the workers. They most of the time offer helpful information on the products I am buying. They also helped me saving money with their advices.

Everytime I shop here I'm greated with smiles and eagerness to help me with whatever I'm looking for! Makes all my home improvements so much easier! Brendan and bill in plumbing are the best! We will continue to shop and this Home Depot for many years to come!

No problems with a store itself, but quality of the products lacks. I purchased two locks, those locks are made from inferior material, but the worst is hardware: I had to use my own screws for installation, as the wood screws supplied with the locks seemed to made of "wood", so cheap the screw metal was.

I always find what I am looking for. Employees are always helpful in navigating the store. Cashiers are polite and edfficient

Having problems with the corner kitchen cabinet hinges after 6 years and the associate was able to find our cabinet purchase and order replacement hinges for the defective hinges under warranty.

Store was extremely clean uncluttered and bright. The associate in the paint dept was extremely helpful and friendly. If I lived closer this would be the store I would always shop in.

Returns desk is always slow but I understand why that is. I like self check to a point it is sometimes slow When you need a person but they are always cool when you get one.

We spend a lot of time at Home Depot and these two young men provided exemplary service. They approached us to offer help with product selection, loading and receiving accurate pricing, then helped load our truck and provided all of this very professional assistance with smiles. They made this visit to Home Depot one of our easiest and most positive.

The cashier Christina made checkout fast and she was friendly

I went to Home Depot for only one item: white wood filler. To find a tiny can in the multiple aisles of supplies is a scary job. I was almost afraid to try. I saw the paint associate, who not only walked me down the aisle, she grabbed the (tiny) can and offered it to me. WOW! When I tried to compliment her on her knowledge and helpfulness, she was self-effacing and very modest. Make her employee of the week or month and let her park CLOSE to the store!
