I've been purchasing garden rocks for the past couple of weeks and have been very pleased with the selection in store(and online) the pricing was very fair. I will items return to purchase more items for the outdoors and kitchen areas.

Herman knew where the products were & rolled my cart to each of them. Then he loaded my cart, rolled me to the register & then loaded the products in my car. He was like my own personal shopper. Look for him!

This Home Depot often has items in stock that the others do not!

I went in to buy paint for windows and wasn’t sure of the paint i should use. Meaghan was very helpful and friendly and she guided me in picking the right one.

The store would be great if they just had a bit more employees to help shoppers. They should be placed in every department. I am pretty sure that is already in place but it’s just not enough. That is my only complaint. It could be a lot worse but that would make it even better.

I am the mom of rather large special needs child of the age of 11 who has 50+ lbs on me and is about inch or so taller. She hadn't slept well in about 3 day and I was unable to reason with her to go on line to purchase these lollipop that you can get at dollar tree 2 for $1 but you have the nerve to sell for 97 cents each. So I did what i thought was the right thing after failing to convince her to come in and purchase them. I had her sit with her grandma in car and came back to ring up 3 lollipops and pay. As I was checking out I hear a man and older woman discuss what happened. They admitted they didn't observe everything and only heard the yelling and made you know what out themselves by assuming I was hitting her. My daughter has tick disorder and smacks herself in face but she was trying to claw, bite and smack me not to return to store to do self check out. She was not willing to sit in the chairs outside and give me just one to ring it up. So as I said I did what I thought was the right thing. Make sure she was safe and with somebody so I could pay for the items. I broke down in tears because I literally did nothing wrong but try to shield my face, guide her inside and reason with her. You really need to educate your staff about special needs or compassion. I will never return and will advise family and friends to avoid it as well. I would never harm my child or return to pay for said items don't you think if i had been guilty of that?!

The sales person spent time trying to locate the item I needed, (Could not find it) He even went on line to search for it, (found it else ware)

Not this trip but last month I purchased paint. The person working the counter-Chris-waited on 3 people at the same time. We all walked away happy and amazed.

Laura Cronin is a professional, knowledgeable and very helpful Sales Specialist in the window and blind dept of the Riverhead Store. Thank you for making my experience pleasant.

Many of the employees are former tradesmen and provide excellent knowledge which helps buyers best complete a task in an excellent manner!

If visiting the Garden center eat the Riverhead NY store, be sure to seek out help from V. V will go above and beyond to see that you find what you are looking for and offer exceptional service as well. There should be more employees like this!

If buying lumber, ask for Mike with white hair. Great customer service. Smart and helpful!

Talent in the carpet area after visiting several other Home Depot locations and having little luck of trying to coordinate a pre-existing carpet to the new iterations of carpet Home Depot now offers I met Laura Cronin, a sale specialist who was helpful, polite, and very good at her tasks. I appreciate her efforts and thank her for her diligence.

Lorraine in appliances was so helpful and made buying a washing machine enjoyable

Made numerous purchases this weekend in gardening. Nick was extremely helpful with the first two and Jen in Aisle Ten was instrumental in completing my third.

My wife and I went to Home Depot to view counter top selections. Our sales representative Frank was professional, friendly and extremely patient as we viewed numerous counter top selections. After visiting many stores and counter top dealers we ultimately choose Home Depot because of Frank and the manner in which he helped us with our selection.

I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE 5* IF THEIR SHOPPING CENTER MANAGEMENT HAD A WATER CONSERVATION POLICY THAT SHUT DOWN IRRIGATION IN THE CENTER WHEN IT DOESN'T NEED TO RUN. PLEASE MENTION THIS TO YOUR LANDLORD.
