STORE HAS MADE A VERY POSITIVE CHANGE WITH IN THE LAST 2 YEARS

Chris in tools, Bubba and Samaria all helped us so much. Please give all of them credit for this review. Chris was knowledgeable and showed us the ins and outs of the tool bins, Bubba saw me in line and stopped to say how much he loved the same product and explained how to lock and secure the bins and about the lifetime warranty, and Samaria helped us checkout and with a bit of a discount on the purchase.

Great store and great customer service!!!

Lonny is an awesome store Rep. Coworkers were looking for his advice while costumers were asking him questions displaying great leadership skills!

Store is always lacking quantities of product. Lots of empty shelves on a weekly basis for a one stop shop with higher pricing than local supply houses! I will be moving my money away from this store little by little if it stays on the same track. Only got 1 star because there was not a selection for a zero!

Store is good, management sucks. the only helpful and fair manager is jennifer. the rest to don't put as much effort as they should. they couldn't even return my phone call.

DIRTY, People working were rude and were NOT professional! Online inventory says 45 pieces, lucky to find 8 in one item.. another item said 17.. could only find 6! Cashier was dirty and rude and not professional also! Put up sheds IN PARKING front spots.. good luck parking! Parking lot littered with illegal immigrants looking for work.. MEN employees with BRIGHT GREEN hair, another with eye liner.. is this GOTHAM CITY?! Not a very professional atmosphere! Clientele cat-call whistling for the employees for help.. is that the kind of people that shop there on a regular basis because of the atmosphere? Couldn't get out of there fast enough!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR STORE AND THOSE YOU EMPLOY!

I was helped by a young man named Cesar in the blinds and he deserved to be recognized. He was so helpful and very polite.

I feel at home at Home Depot.99.9% of employees are very helpful,therefore Iam grateful to you Home Depot.

HOME DEPOT ON MADISON IS A USER FRIENDLY STORE. THE PEOPLE ARE KIND AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM.

Home Depot is the go to store here in this area. Most often can find items we are looking for and appreciate the assistance of the HD associates.

Steven with the blue name tag was very friendly and knowledgeable on where the items were and how to use them. Everyone was friendly for the most part and the store was very clean. Parking was a bit crazy but all together a good experience.

lOVE SHOPING AT hOME Depo, they are all friendly, ready to help - When I saw a patio set at a different store that was to far to deliver to my home, they simply made arrangements with the stoer here in riverside, and it was there I went in paid for it, and they delivered to my home Great service.

Associates in the Garden Dept. was TERRIFIC...everyone was super helpful. Hate the parking lot! Too congested and chaotic and difficult to enter and leave.

HUGE PRODUCT SELECTION, LOTS OF STAFF LOCATED AMONG THE AISLES OFFERING TO HELP YOU LOCATE AN ITEM YOU NEED, FAST CHECKOUT, LARGE PARKING LOT, AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF WHEN WE ASKED WHERE TO FIND AN ITEM.

I am a military veteran, and always use my veteran discount - I really appreciate it when the checkout clerk, upon seeing my ID, thanks me for my services. That's really nice of them to say.

It is a nice location. They have everything I was looking for.

There were long lines at the store on a monday because he computers were down in the store. There was one register open and one employee scanned our items while in line. Another employee scanned the card at the register to ring up the items immediately and the 3rd employee handled the transaction. Another employee handed out a bottle of water to each person in line for the inconvenience. Because of the way they handled this situation with efficiency, enthusiasm & initiative it was hardly a wait at all. Great service.
