This store generally lives up to the terrible Home Depot reputation, even if you can get help, most don't know or care what they are doing. This time was the ultimate worse. Website said they had item in stock, ordered and paid for it online for drive up. Associate brought bag to car, Wrong item. Went inside to exchange, they don't have it. Website stock not been updated since May according to Associate. Customer service Associates slow, unfriendly and rude to customers in line. No supervision monitoring situation. Is this enough?

Store had very little items stocked as to what I was looking for but had an awesome experience with customer service by an employee named Charles in H&G dept he was polite knowledgeable and eager to help unlike other employees I had encountered in the past. As far as I’m concerned I will be going back to that store for the simple fact he made me feel welcomed and found me another solution because they did not have nothing for what I needed. Also the store was well maintained considering the current situation with Covid-19 !! Thanks again for your help Charles see ya soon some time!!!

My curbside experience normally is a good one the is the first experience were the store assistant manager Mario and associate Ekenna made my experience better due to the professionalism and great customer service. Thank you both!

Beware - at least 10% of staff and customers were not wearing masks at this location. Unacceptable during the COVID-19 pandemic

Store was clean .employees very helpful and during the covid 19 they fallow the safety protocol recommend by the health department to keep us safe and able to continue shopping.

I’ve had an echo brand weed wacker fail on me . Went to hd to have it checked out since echo has 5 years warranty on product. Tool rental employee said that the mechanic will be in following morning to check it out and said to call first thing but I had to pay so I did . I call following morning to check out one of what had happened to the tool. Same associate yobany answered and remembered our conversation from the previous day that I had taken the tool to a specialty small engine repair shop and shop said the carburetor was broken. I spoke of the 5 year warranty with echo and I have only use the non gasoline pre mix 50/1 fuel sold in their store. He relays message to mechanic instead of asking if mechanic looked at weed wacker I’m listening to conversation between the two while I’m on the phone and instead of the mechanic saying he hasn’t looked at it mechanic proceeds to say that it more than likely isn’t covered under warranty if that was the diagnosis from my outside mechanic and proceeded to tell yobani it would cost me around $150.00 to repair the part. So what did I pay for? And how misleading is the 5 year warranty from echo as well ? Weed wacker doesn’t have many parts to it. I am really upset and disappointed with the service I received so I call manager Mario and start to explain why I’m calling him and he hangs up the phone. So here I am now. I just wanted the stupid machine fixed or replaced as I payed hundreds of dollars for it and used it maybe 6 times.

Make sure you have your own materials to wipe down the scanning guns at the self-checkout. The store does not wipe down the scanning guns between each customer's use! They said they clean them once in the morning! YIKES! In these COVID 19 times, that just won't do.

The store overall is clean and well organized. It can get a bit hectic during busy times of the day or seasons. Besides that the store fits my needs. If I can't find an item I can always ask for assistance. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The store was organized and the people were helpful. Sofia was a big help during checkout.

Plumbing department and painting department staff are very knowledgable and friendly.

Some cahshiers need better training

The store is well stocked, nice customer service.

Poor customer service. Cluttered aisles. Cash registers are often down resulting in long lines. Too many day laborers in the parking lot making it dangerous to drive in or out.

Billy, Mario and both Brian’s are extremely helpful! They listen to your needs and help from start to finish! I appreciate their attention to details when listening to my concern with an questions I may have. I did have a previous bad experience and these guys definitely flipped that around due to my disability. I appreciate their support and genuine care for customer satisfaction. I will definitely return feeling like I will be accommodated. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

I've been going to this store for years because it is fairly close, products I need are available, prices are competitive, and employees are helpful.

good luck finding someone to help you anytime soon. some employees act like you are bothering them when you have a question.

We had a great experience today with Brandon. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with everything we were purchasing. He also gave extremely helpful tips and recommendations in order to help us. Not only was he very kind, he made us feel welcome. He didn’t seem bothered when we would ask him for help, which really makes a difference. I will come back for sure after this visit over going to Lowe’s or any other store after this. Brandon deserves some major recognition for his 10/10 service, attitude, and kindness!!!

I am a dedicated Home Depot guy, but the employees at this store act like you are wasting their time or you don't exist. Mostly the one working the isles. Why do I have to chase them down to ask a question when I know they saw me standing their waiting my turn to ask one. It would also be nice if they would give you the courtesy of looking you in the eye when they speak to you instead of their watch or something. Or how about a simple hello as you pass in the isle instead of completely ignoring you. Sorry, but this stores customer service is getting worse every time I go in there.

I have shopped at this store for years and Dennis in the paint department has assisted me with many projects. He will sell you the Right products and has answered any questions you have with knowledge and recommendations . I have shopped at this store on many busy days the check out has been efficient and service has been great.The store is well stocked and bathrooms are clean along with the rest of the store. Kudos to the store team!!

I was shopping at this store and couldn't find a product . Luckily one of the cashier's noticed my confusion and asked if I needed help. I asked her about the product and she told me she wasn't sure but she would find out for me . She then proceeded to find it on the home Depot app( such a good app by the way definitely recommend it ) she found the item and told me exactly what isle and section I could find it at. When it came time to check out I went straight to her and had same experience she was so pleasent and helpful ,fast and efficient. Thank you Jamie for making my shopping experience such a great one. You rock!

If you would like to pay for your order in advance, waste 3 visits to pick up your order only to find it is not ready, and then be told it will take another day- then come here. Good luck on getting through the phone or locating help in person!

The aisles are way over crowded with merchandise making it almost impossible to push a cart thru. The parking lot is too small. Parking is always a problem and now with Christmas trees coming the parking lot is even smaller. I try not to go to this store if possible. I actually dread going to this store.

the associates in the garden area are very helpful and knowledgeable. also the cashier in the garden department (Mary) was very nice and made us feel she appreciated our business.

In general the store if neat and well stocked. I needed assistance in a department and was not able to contact an associate in that specific department during my visit. The cashier was as helpful as possible. I like Live check outs instead of self.

Horrible customer service skills

I always find exactly what I need...and more! Lol... also, I love that they hired someone deaf! ;)
