After an hour and a half in the store buying a washer and dryer a wasted Saturday waiting for a delivery that never showed. Another day during the week waiting for the new delivery date I received a washer that doesn’t work and a dryer that the service guy used my old vent and pulled out of the wall. Then another 2 hours on the phone trying to get help in my situation.

It was Black Friday and the associates offered hot cider, donuts, and munchkins! Very nice, friendly, delicious experience!! All the employees were smiling and helpful☺️.

I hate going into a store and getting ignored. When you ask where an item is located and they say I’m not sure but I think that would be an aisle four? at that point that should help you find it.

I special ordered flooring on August 30 with an expected delivery date of September 16th. After several missed delivery dates and a new projected date of the end of October I found that a nearby store had the flooring in stock. I went to the Rochester store to get assistance canceling my special order. The associate on the service desk Elaine and the manager Katie were exceptional. They helped verify the North Hampton Store in fact had the flooring in stock and cancelled my special order. Both of these employees were exceptional.

Sean in lumber selected great tongue and groove boards for us. He then promptly cut them to 6 feet to accommodate our car. Next he loaded a toilet on a cart and escorted us to adhesives and checkout. He found another pleasant helpful young co worker to assist loading our items into our car. Thank you for such GREAT SERVICE!!

Garden center is full of dead plants. Dirty and disorganized. Employee cared more about their phone than me as a customer. The checkout stations were not working

I was looking for a rug pad,I asked an associate but she said it wasn't her department.She didn't offer anyone from rugs to help me I found it myself

Went into the store looking for something to cut a 20-foot section of 1inch wood up real close to the celling and a worker approached me asking if I needed help and helped me find what I needed and also demonstrated the tool for me.

I went to purchase flooring. On line it showed that it was available at the store. Unfortunately when I got there it was not in stock. Shawn in the flooring department was very helpful ordering the product. In addition to ordering the product he was very knowledgeable. He

Normally, I can always find what I am looking for. Of course, sometimes I need guidance from a floor worker to find those items. A few odd times they don't have the widgets I am looking for so I have to go to an old fashioned nearby hardware store.

The great help we received from Matt in the Pro Service Department was outstanding. He couldn't have been more friendly & helpful to us, plus saved us money. Very knowledgeable in his area.Thank you Matt.

Finding help was difficult. I had to go to customer service to ask for help. Once I did, someone came right away. He was a supervisor, explained that the regular staff was not in yet, and was very helpful. It’s a very big store, with not a lot of visible help.

I have ordered things online and picked them up at the store. The service desk staff has been great as well as the employees that actually load the purchases into my SUV. It makes my weekly shopping trips enjoyable!!!

I want to give a shout out to Sean in flooring he was so helpful and I can't wait to get my new flooring

My trip to Rochester home Depot was excellent from the person who greeted me on the way in to the gentleman that helped me load and the cashier who said hi and had a big smile just the thought of a great day

Pat did an awesome job in helping us design our kitchen renovation layout along with cabinet and countertop selections. Our home is over 150 years old and we knew we wanted to add cabinets and change the layout but didn’t know exactly what we wanted or needed. Over a couple of appointments Pat was able to help design exactly what we wanted and now love! We would strongly recommend anyone considering a kitchen project to work with Pat, she is amazing!

I visited the paint department at Home Depot and received immediate assistance. The associate behind the counter was extremely helpful. During checkout, the customer service team ensured a fast and friendly experience. I highly recommend Home Depot for their excellent service.

Shawna in the Newington store was excellent. She was professional, caring, and went out of her way to find what I needed, which was a discontinued flooring item. I needed it to match the flooring that was done in another room and she was able to find the exact match in California, which is being shipped to me now.

The item I needed was not in stock. Shawn costumer service manager, eager to assist. He helped me place an online order. Thanked me.

DOING A HOME REFURBISH. FROM PAINT TO LUMBER, FIXTURES, FASTENERS, TILE, GROUT, AND MORE THE HD TEAM AT ROCHESTER IS GREAT. ESPECISLLY ON LINE ORDER PICKUPS, AS WELL AS RETURNS.

The Milwaukee Tool Company doesn't stand behind their batteries. To get a replacement battery you would need to find a Milwaukee repair center or mail the battery directly to Milwaukee. The turn around for an exchange battery is 4 to 6 weeks. Home Depot is not authorized to exchange them. As a contractor that hurts my business.
