Store employees went above and beyond to answer our questions and provided outstanding service.

“Ivan in garden” at the Rochester, NH Home Depot was extraordinarily helpful on 4/17/23, when he graciously helped me in a department that he does not normally work. Ivan took time to help me with an out of stock product in the shower fixture department and went out of his way to help me where I would otherwise not been able to get the product this evening. Ivan sincerely displayed great customer service and his understanding and sociability was really appreciated.

Home Depot of Rochester is a great place to go for your home improvements. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you with anything that you need.

HOUSEPLANTS @ THIS STORE ARE ALL BLACK & DYING FOR WANT OF WATER! WHY? IS SO HARD TO WATER THE HOUSEPLANTS? IS THERE NO WATER IN THE STORE, AT ALL? WHAT A MESS THIS ARE IS!

Love the quality and variety of product available at HD. Whenever I am i need of materials for any type of project I always head to HD first before going anywhere else. That includes going to similar type stores that may be closer to my home.

I have been in the area for 7 years and this Home Depot is the one I use the most. Its close by (within 30 minutes) and the shelves generally have everything we need for our projects around the house and some smaller "jobs" outside the house. We have tons of projects at the homestead coming up this year... Be ready HD crew. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Its Home Depot people. Its a staple in the DIY and contractor community.

I am in the Rochester Home Depot frequently and I routinely find the employees at this store are very polite and willing to listen and assist me whenever I ask for help.

Always have a great experience, except for return department, particularly Marla. She goes out of her way NOT to help. Makes up rules that are not correct. Has a terrible attitude. A nasty person.

We visited looking for a limited stock item. Spencer did everything he could to help on our initial visit (unsuccessfully) and then went over and above by reaching back out when the item came back into stock..

The cashier, Jody, was extremely rude to me as well as other customers. No need of that nonsense.

I was looking for an air conditioner. Wayne stayed with me and explained the BTUS and helped me fine the correct air conditioner that would best meet my needs. I really needed his help and he didn't let me down!!

Other than shopping at Hannaford, my other go to store for everything else is Rochester NH Home Depot

Whenever I am there and can't find what I need, there is always someone to help.

Most of the employees at the Rochester NH location are quite rude. When asked for assistance they act really annoyed and always try to pawn you off on another employee. This is a customer service job! If you aren’t willing to help customers then you should work somewhere else.

My experience with this Home Depot has always had what I need. I live in town and the walk does me good when my to do list needs small repairs .my trailer is handy for bigger projects. THANK YOU FRIENDS, Greg

We ordered roofing from this store and not only did 2 pro service specialists mess up our order but we could not find anyone in pro services or even management to help fix it. After multiple attempts to speak to someone, weeks of aggravation and many trips and phone calls later we finally got help from one customer service associate who actually cared enough to find and fix our order. Many retail stores are short handed but that’s no excuse for how we were treated. I would never recommend this store unless you need something simple.

Professional and Friendly Associates, Military Discount, and well stocked inventory, are just a few things I appreciate when I shop at Rochester, NH Home Depot. They're great !

Overall, a very good store. However, at times it is difficult to find an associate/employee to help or to answer a question.

I will never buy carpeting at home depot again. Sales team was great. ASC their install contractors was horribly. Bought carpeting and padding 8/20th. Installer weren't scheduled until Oct.6th. The installers did not install the new padding in all rooms, as expected. They only installed it in the master bedroom, not the other three rooms. So, the master bedroom floor had a nice cushion. The other three did not, which I found weird. So, I notified ASC. On Oct. 20th an installer from ASC came to verify the problem and acknowledged and took pictures of the rooms where the padding had not been installed. ASC scheduled Oct.27 to correct the padding and redo the carpet install. Unfortunately, the Installers phoned in sick. ASC rescheduled Oct. 29th...Installer phoned in sick-Again...Rescheduled Nov. 6th...total No Show!. Finally, Nov 6th the job was completed. Almost forget, installers said my furniture was heavy, so I was charged an additional $130...Buyer be ware!

This Store is clean the customer service is good if you have a little patience. Check in person is very friendly and the self check out has a good happy staff member attending.

I totally enjoy the courtesy of all the employees at the Rochester Home Depot. They are always friendly and as never fail to go out of there way to make sure you get what you are looking for. Many times I have been given knowledge for the project I was working on that actually made the job so much easier to complete.

The Millwork Specialists Craig & Codey were fast, professional, knowledgeable, polite and knew where things were in the store even though it was not their department. The store was neat and clean and seem to have a good inventory.

Was very disappointed, went there to buy a front load washer that was listed in their Black Friday Circular. Although the models were on the floor with sale signage, after talking with a sales associate and pricing several different models, non were in stock or available to order. At a minimum, the sale signage should have been removed and replaced with signage indicating that they are not available. we wasted 40 minutes of our time.
