Mark the associate in the lumber section was very nice. He helped us cut wood paneling and he did a great job. He also walked us over to the window and door insulation area and helped us get what we needed. Check out was fun and easy. And I love that they carry Dr. Pepper in the cooler next to check out!!

We used to shop at a big competitor for a few years, but not anymore. Our Home Depot beats the competion on price and quality now almost evey time, and the store associates are friendly, helpful, and courteous every time. It is our first choice for lumber and building supplies and much more. Thank you for listening to your customers over the years, aligning the quality and selection of what you sell with what we all expect, and compiling a staff that provides courteous, professional, and friendly customer assistance.

Associates are always pleasant and willing to help regardless of what department you are looking in.

Associates need to be more helpful. They end up in groups and scatter when I would look and walk twirls them. A worker named Jessica Wedgeworth has been very helpful each time I have been in.

While looking for a microwave light bulb I found a display for LED bulbs, an 8 pack for $25. Felt it was a great value.

I even had an employee who was clearly leaving to go on break stop and ask me if I needed any help since im a girl and im in the cement isle.. lol and spent the next 10 mons helping me, not getting someone else but taking he time himself before he left the store. mde it a point to look at him name badge... thanks Norman hope your break was great sir!! my husband and I will be back to but our cement there when we do the barn floor in the spring!

I was in a rush and the salesman was efficient and very helpful in getting the order processed quickly and also recommending discount options on the purchase, like my military discount, and new Home Depot credit card discount.

I was abale to find everything I needed with minimal assistance for associates.

It would be great if I could find someone to help in any department without having to play hide and seek for 20 minutes before hunting one down then usually they need to find someone in the department I need help in, then I leave it in Gods hands if anyone ever shows up to actually help. If not I'm on my own. But the Cashiers and the customer service desk people are always super great!

I visit many HD stores in my travels. and I always find the easiest layout and most knowledgeable clerks in Rochester, NH. I have never had a time where if the clerk was not sure, they took me personally around to find the item. The visit is always pleasant. The cashiers at either door are always smiling and greeting, even on the most miserable weather day. Visit there.... you will not be sorry./

Ordered items online, received an email very quickly that my items were ready for pick up. Quick pick up once at store, very helpful associates and the store is very clean.

Went to this Home Depot to get a smoking deal on a Vacuum. Went to pay for vacuum and the the teller told me she needed to open the packaging because the tape did seem prestine, I asked why cause she said "store policy" and if she didn't she would lose her job and nobody would like that! I asked how she would know if anything was missing? She never answered, I honestly think she was thinking I tashed something in there, then, kind of making me feel like a criminal. The it was funny cause I bought a 4 dollar tool bag which she never bothered to look in. I will bypass Rochester store and go to Somersworth from now on

The associates at my local home depot were great. A special thank you to an associate named Tony for not only helping with the loading of my purchase but also for walking me to my vehicle after hearing I was approached by some individuals looking for money in the parking lot. Both he and the manager Catie are a true example of what customer care really means. I will continue to shop at home depot and also tell others about their customer service. The entire visit from helping with answers about the product, helping with the purchase and the loading in my vehicle was great!

Store is very clean and organized. If you need help there is always someone around to help. And the sausage cart outside isn't shabby either. I like the location too, easy in easy out.

I was looking for a specific cheap, white solar-powered light that was on the website. It wasn't there, so I settled for a black one of similar caliber.

The needed products were in stock and the help from the associate and check out personnel were very helpful.
