Always love the service here

This may seem small, but as a woman, I come into Home Depot with a "dazed and confused" look on my face as I walk around! I seek out other women because they get it...not that the males are unhelpful, they are very helpful, but the Ladies get it!

Customer service at the help desk was exceptional. Home Depot is my preferred home improvement store.

I don't usually like going to Rockford at all and I do go to this Home Depot for my appliances and other materials so when my gas water heater started leaking I needed to purchase one quick. I saw that I could finance for 6 months no interest so I called and headed up. I picked up the water heater and went to the Customer Service desk and was greeted by Dawn. She took me through the application process for a new Home Depot credit card with ease. I just want to say Thank You Dawn! You made my experience there pain free.

The aisle I needed to go to was plainly and bolded tagged on a placard. The store was neat and orderly. There were construction carts readily available and easy to locate. The staff was polite and efficient. I was in and out of the store in a timely manner.

The checkout system is easy with Annette, I prefer customer/employee contact rather than using scanners, that can't answer questions, or are reliable

went into the rockford home depot and was greeted by 3 employees. One that helped us in the light area when we couldnt find a light we wanted and one that was in the isle that asked if we could find anything and made us laugh. And last but not least Annette, who checked us out and was a breath of fresh air with her smile and so happy to help. She was great.

Bought house exterior lighting, interior fan, $1000 paint, etc. They were helpful, especially the checkout people. A good value for the money.

I went through the self checkout, noticed I was charged a bit more for an item, walked back across the store to be sure, took a picture, brought it up to the service counter. The cashier Dawn, returned it as "store credit", re rang it, gave me the $1.07 as a store credit. I responded by saying "I'm getting a store credit for the difference?" She replied "yeah". I think the difference in price should've been credited to my card not given to me as a store credit.

I have shopped at the store so often I think this is my second home on the weekend cuz I just recently bought a home, hey when I'm not shopping I still come and look around

Until I was lucky enough to receive a HD gift card, I had shopped at a competitor, after a Great experience at HOME DEPOT. Its now Home Depot 100% Home Depot is NY new home for all my home needs !!!!

The Home Depot on Perryville is always neat and clean. Plus they always have a nice selection on plants and shrubs and they are well taken care of.

I didn't appreciate the guy selling green energy. I wish Home Depot wouldn't let these people stalk their customers.

I like to have my discount at check-out instead of having to send a form in and wait for weeks to get an in-store credit slip like other Home Improvement stores. We always look for the checker that is very friendly and helpful for us.

If you need flooring, go see Quianna at the Rockford State street store. She knows her stuff, and she is super nice and patient. Great customer service!!

I research items before I buy such as the Panasonic bathroom fan, life-proof flooring and the Gorilla dual platform ladder I purchased. Home depot Had all 3 items and I didn't have to go all over town.

I needed paneling and trim cut for my home project. The staff was quick to respond and a pleasure to do business with.

Any time I need help with my shopping at Home Depot I have always found the employees, courteous, available, and helpful.

I had the best experience in the store today with the help of Wendy. She went above and beyond to help me with my account and she also gave me great ideas and tips for the item I had bought. I could not have asked for better! And I was able to find a hard-to-find whiskey barrel planter in the perfect size. Five stars all the way!
