When does the Home Depot Janesville store start selling Christmas trees?
Our Christmas Tree lot opens in the last week of November. In addition to real Christmas trees harvested eco consciously, our store also stocks artificial Christmas trees. Create your winter wonderland with Christmas lights and decorations available at your local Home Depot store to add a festive touch. We also offer free shipping on fresh-cut Christmas trees ordered online.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. The great thing about this store is an employee named Ron. They call him (big Ron). If you need assistance, he is the one to ask for. Others in the store are not as helpful. The guys working at the customer service desk are also very helpful. I don't know their names. Lots of stuff in the aisles make it hard to get to the products.
