One of my favorite stores on the south shore. Always find what I need and associates are always very helpful.

The associate I dealt with was very nice and helpful, she went out of her way to look at all the possible samples with me and helped me make the final decision. I appreciated her time and great energy!

I had a very satisfied experience today at Home Depot. I purchased two Anderson Sliders, in stock, received prompt service from the store associate and processed the sale immediately on to my account, received the store discount, set the delivery date and printed the statement for me to hand carry. Thank you Home Depot

Seriously the people I got to help me were amazing.They need more help. They were doing 10 things at once but still did it with a smile and professional attitude. The people at the service desk were great at helping me find everything my wife and I needed and they were great at finding someone to show us where everything was.

I needed some help on wood restoration for a wooden vent on an office building. Rather than replace, the paint dept suggested using a wood restore product. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

The Rockland store was, like all Home Depots that I have purchased items from, clean and well stocked. I frequent four home Depots for materials and I wish there was more uniformity in the layout of each to reduce search time.

It was difficult to find someone to assist me. All the employees I came in contact were either rude, inconsiderate, indifferent, unfriendly, or un-knowledgeable. My Cashier, Amber- amg2216 was extremely rude and ambivalent. I walked out of the store fuming mad. Lowes, really close by, has employees that are 90% more helpful and friendly.

The manager Brad was very helpful. Adrian and Brian were both very friendly, helpful and great to deal with!

I recently had to go to HD to create some temporary shelves in my kitchen. I do not have access to a saw, nor am I in the building field. I told Bernie, an Associate in the Lumber Department, what I was doing and the dimensions of the wood I needed. He offered to (and then did) help me figure out exactly the size boards I would need (without buying boards that were too big and wasting my money), and then proceeded to cut them down to the sizes I needed. I also needed a couple of other supplies for the shelves, which he helped me find. Great service, and my thanks! (and yes, the shelves came out great!)

The store was clean and well organized and free of any product or debris in the aisles. The associates were helpful and friendly. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be an associate in the immediate area to ask your questions, but anyone in an orange apron can get you someone in only a few minutes. Most of the associates are very knowledgable of their areas, some however should be re-evaluated on their expertise i certain fields. Overall the experience was a good one and I would definetely recommend this store to others.

I was helped at the customer service center by an associate that was so knowledgable and pleasant I was quite impressed. I drive 16 miles to Home Depot rather than 9 miles to Lowes. Enough said.

Associates and cashiers were so helpful with my purchase. I used to be strictly a Lowes shopper but not anymore after coming to this Home Depot. What a great group of workers!!

Cashier, store manager, and 2 associates who helped load my car with 200lbs of sand were all so friendly and willing to help. And manager adjusted the incorrect pricing on register for me. Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

We entered the store hoping to find clips for a shelving system and small storage units for use in the house. these were located in widely separate parts of the store. Salesperson Annette asked us if she could help. She then took us to the area where the clips were located and helped us find the ones we wanted. She then walked a considerable distance to take us to the storage units. She was so helpful and cheerful that I made a note of her name so that I could recognize her suorioir service and positive attitude.

It was very easy to find everything needed on this trip and when I needed help there were a number of people available.

I am always very satisified with the associates at the Home Depot. They're friendly, well-informed and eager to assist.

Store was clean and orderly. We were shopping for fencing and was able to price out what is needed for my home. There wasn't any pressure to buy right away, which was nice so we can make our purchases when we're ready.

Will never go back....Mgr would not talk to me about complaint

Always a great place, great service, almost always find what I need.

I am in this store at least 3 times per week since my business rely's upon it. Almost every time I have to go here something goes wrong! Whether it's trying to order doors or windows after I get out of work, only to be told that there's no one left working in that department or the "Pro" desk. Or trying to find someone working in electrical/plumbing/or building materials, I usually spend more time walking back and forth trying to find anyone at all!! At least 75% of the time I go here, at least one if not more of the items I need are out of stock or the shelf is empty. They leave the carts about 100 yards away from the store so they can put all there stuff for sale outside, instead of making it easy for the customer. This is especially nice when is raining or there's snow/slush on the ground (like this winter) having to walk a football field to get you own cart, which is typically damaged in some way!

Associate was not sure where the item that I was looking for was located, but instead of pushing me off to someone else, they found another associate who did know where the item was located

The man in electrical was very helpful. Solved my issue in 60 seconds.

The gentleman at the key kiosk was very friendly and helpful. The design consultant Suki had great knowledge of blinds and went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed to make a decision.

Ordered and paid $35 for measuring service for a carpet. The system is they call you between 7-9 am that day to tell you what time, so you need to reserve all day. The measuring company never called me to tell me what time nor did they show up to do the measuring. I never received a call to indicate what time, so I made numerous calls to Home Depot and the measuring company directly to inquire. Finally received a voicemail at 11:18 am saying I needed to reschedule since they had just received the order (I had a paid receipt from a week earlier). Spoke to 2 assistant managers. One put me on hold then call dropped, the other assured me he'd call me back shortly with a resolution, but never heard back from him. Got a call a few days later asking me to reschedule. After wasting 4+ hours, and the poor customer service to address, decided to get a refund and go somewhere else for my carpet.

I needed paint supplies and a paint brush. I found the section easily but there were plenty of associates around in case I had no clue. The selection was great. I then walked over to the gardening section to find some perennials that I needed to fill in some spots in my garden. I am done! Thanks Home Depot!
