I have been shopping at this store for over twenty years and can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. The employees have always been friendly and helpful at all times. Not once have I ever had to ask to see a manager.

Most of the employees are usually helpful. Our cashier the other day, Victoria, was very pleasant and efficient. Onver the years and on very rare occasion we have encountered seemingly poorly trained or uncaring associates. Perhaps they were just too busy to help us. In any case, our experiences at the Rockland Home Depot have been good and occasionally GREAT!

Impossible to get someone to help inside the store. Took 10 minutes just to find someone that could help. Paid for assembly and delivery. Assembled wrong and delivered to the wrong location at the house. When you call the store it literally takes 5-10 minutes to get someone to answer. Horrible.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to return an item and I don't think I waited 5 minutes in line. Checkout was also quick and easy after I got the item I should have bought originally! This is a great store!

Problem after problem. Lumber arrived days late with no notification of the delay. Cost me hundreds extra in labor costs due to a crew onsite with no lumber. Highly disappointed.

Jennifer is a sweetheart at the register. Everyone else is cold and unwilling to assist. Thanks to her for being helpful with a smile.

The employees in this store are very helpful and know the products Home Depot carries. There is knowledge of the items customers need. They are very helpful. It makes the visit easy and it’s pleasant .Thanks for a great job and a very clean store.

Found most of the products I was looking for, some were out of stock at that particular store. Assistance was friendly and helpful.

Store is better than any lumber yard. Prices are better and they have plenty of inventory. I like the people that work there, they all work together to keep the place neat and clean.

I generally find Home Depot to be a very positive experience. Since I retired and started doing many home projects, I'm at the local Home Depot 3 to 4 days a week. I hardly ever run into an out-of-stock situation. I always find the employees to be friendly and as helpful as they can be.

I always have a pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot. I find all my needs for my home and also things that I wasn’t even looking for. I like the wide verity of products. My husband and I can spend a couple of hours walking around. We love it.

I went into the store needing help. Joyce was amazing ! She jumped right in to help me, all the while acknowledging fellow employees and other guests! She solved my problem in minutes! A FANTASTIC Home Depot experience!!

went in to buy 20gals of paint was in and out in less than 10 minutes all with the help from the associate in the paint department

Never anyone around to help. Poorly managed, in fact in the 15 years or so Ive been going there as a contractor, Ive never seen a manager anywhere. In my opinion, they should have to walk the store during their shifts so they can see first hand what type of service is being provided and what shape the store is in. Almost every time I go there, whatever I need is inevitably empty on the shelf, and then I have to play "find the employee" till someone can get it down for me or tell me if its even in stock. "Pro Desk" is a joke too.
