I love shopping at Home Depot and today was quite excellent. I had to design a manifold for water from a chiller to an injection mold machine. I needed it NOW because I have techs flying in to do work as I am flying out on business - so with a rough idea, I decided to build one. I was in the plumbing department when Don approached me to offer assistance. Together, we designed the various "T"s and elbos, reducers and hose barbs into exactly what I needed. My worries are over and now I can focus on other important projects. THANK YOU DON IN ROUND ROCK!!

Love this product ever since I took a composting class! I went in to purchase some dillo dirt and was greeted by a very friendly customer service rep in the self service checkout lane.

The employees there are always polite, helpful and friendly.

I was searching for a Halloween animatronic that wasn't on the shelf and I was hoping I wouldn't have to go to another Home Depot location. One of the staff was very helpful and found the item I needed, she even took it off pallet in the back and brought it directly to me at the front of the store. Thank you!

Patricia went above and beyond to help me in my purchase experience, from helping me find the best washer and dryer for my needs to helping me with my credit application process, she truly was great!!

Many times I check the app for products that are “in store today”. But the products are not in stock.

I bought a gardening tool to dig out the roots of some grass I am excited to see how it works! The employees were very professional, polite and attentive towards me. The cashier was very polite, kind and professional. She had a very good attitude. e

Employees are always helpful and store is tidy and well arranged.

My dad got me a gift card for Christmas. Went into the RR location and found it had already been spent. The rep said it’s something of a common scam around Christmas time. He spent 20 minutes reaching out on his employee portal to have another gift card sent to my home and offered a discount for the wait. Exceptional customer service.

Shopping for new potting plants and pots recently, lots of customers also shopping, as I was looking for different plants, I was approached by an employee did I need any assistance in picking out a variety of plants. After I checked out same employee asked if I needed help getting them into my vehicle.

They do not know what personal space is and is it necessary for 4 employees to stand there and watch me checkout. That’s why home depot pays you guys? To give people anxiety? I am treated like I steak every time I go there when in all actuality you guys have stolen from me. Over $2,700 to be exact.

They almost always have a good selection of what I need (Electrical). Night staff seems to be very genuine and helpful.

Came to HD for landscape sprinkler parts, store did not carry parts I needed for older system. Don was very helpful and knowledgeable, he provided great customer service. There was also another guy working with him, who helped me with ac filters; he also provided good and courteous service. Two very good reflections on this store.

We shopped several Home Depot stores looking for new Kitchen appliances. We met staff a We visited a several Home Depot stores and met a variety of staff in our appliance search. Patricia at the Round Rock store was GREAT! Very knowledgeable and informative. She made the process of selecting and purchasing so easy. Our appliances are to be delivered in a week or so and in the meantime if we have questions Patricia will be our first call.

A few weeks ago, I found myself headed to a competitor store across town for a specific item I needed for my bedroom and something said to check to see if anyone else had it cheaper. Well, wouldn't you know... HOME DEPOT had exactly what I was looking for and it was cheaper AND they were located, right down the street! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Laura and pointed into the correct isle and cubby. Then, I was greeted by Steve and asked how I was feeling and whether I needed any help (this was all while he was stocking a cubby too (very impressive)). Then last but not least, Alex at the register was very kind, professional and patient enough to point me in the right direction to leave this review. If you're looking for fast, friendly, efficient and professional service. I say you "Bring it on Home"! I would highly recommend this store for your shopping needs.

It cuts wood uneven. For years and years and years this has been going on and no one addresses the problem. Very dissatisfied
