We went to customer service, Leann although she was busy she immediately helped us. We came to purchase a Battery Daddy and didn't know where it was located. She called Eddie and after confirming where it was, called Michael over. Michael not only took us to where it was, but got it down for us, and asked if he could help us with anything else. Had problem s getting around every aisle packed with stuff or displays. Main entrance and exit aisles packed can't get access to where I wanted to go. I am sure this is a safety hazard. When you can't navigate freely in a non emergency situation. What works it be like in an emergency?

Bryson was amazing anytime I come he is so quick and easy always makes me so happy how kind he is and very helpful boy needs a raise lol but seriously he is amazing every time I show up

I was NOT happy having to shop for hardware that I knew nothing about, and Willie in hardware and the store manager (Marty?) made the experience a GREAT one. They really listened to me, helped me without being condescending and I learned something! They also made me laugh. They turned what was a chore into a great experience. Keep up the great work!! They charged me $35 for the quotation only, and I still do not understand why.

I would be inclined to give this particular store a decenf review if I at least had been helped by an associate who was motivated to actually assist me in getting the singular item I was looking for , but every time I come in and ask for help the associates drag their feet.

The time of checkout was quick and easy.

From the moment I walked into this Home Depot in Round Rock, TX I was blown away with all the friendly and knowledgeable associates. Our checkout experience was great as well while everyone seemed like seasoned Pros!

I could get all the products that I need/look for. There are enough options for each product, but the one that has a brand name is always there, for instance: Scott fertilizer.

Went to store to purchase items for one of the homes under construction i manage, when i got back to the office and checked the receipt i saw a charge for a Coke and a Chocolate bar that i did not purchase, it also was not on the screen during self checkout or i wouldnt have paid for it since its for work, now i have to eplain to accounting it was their mistake. I dont even drink sodas or eat chocolate almond bars.

Dee Rapp is so awesome! She really cares about getting you the appliances that is best for you! She is not pushy, just informative! She made our shopping experience very comfortable!

Pretty rude woman at the paint desk, refused to tint a two gallon even though it’s a tintable paint I had had tinted before and basically told me to screw off like she didn’t have time of day to help me

Every time we go to the Round Rock Home Depot the employees go out of there way to be helpful

I needed a particular light. He didn’t quite understand at first but kept trying and he was great at finding exactly the Light I needed.

Clint our sales representative and the appliance department was knowledgeable helpful friendly and overall made our experience great we have previously bought appliances in the past and it was from Clint with that being said we will only buy appliances at this Home Depot and from Clint. great experience

I would not recommend the paint department in this store. The employees I interfaced with had horrible attitudes. And complained that management ignored their pleas for assistance in the department. I wonder what store management thought about that. By the time I finally got my paint, I was too exhausted and exasperated to complain to anyone in the store. I just wanted to go home.

We have been having so many issues at the home improvement store across the highway. They made it clear they do not care about our business and we came here. Thank God we did! We bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and microwave here. At the other place, they just wanted the sale. Here they helped make sure the appliances would work for us. Our initial selections would have had major issues that were not mentioned at the other place. I highly recommend coming here and avoiding other places. You'll be happier with your purchases! For sure if Clint helps you! He saved us $4,000 in what would have been big mistakes!
