Kelvin in the appliance section went above and beyound to help with the exchange of a Home Depot disposal I lost the reciet for.

I frequently shop at the Home Depot in South Austin (off of Woodward), and had never been to this specific location. When I went, I found the layout to be familiar, and the associates at this store to be just as readily available and helpful. I got a bunch of pickets and 2"x4"s, cut to spec, and was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes, just like I like it.

Helpful employees, broad selection of brands/items to buy, always someone around you can ask questions of.

It was very easy to request help and although the guy at the counter was running some type of report he still stopped what he was doing to call someone to come assist me. The associate was at the isle before I could get back to stand near where I needed assistance.

Quality products at competitive prices. I only wish they were open later on Sunday!

went early in AM a lot of contractors were there, but I was in and out in now time. Bought pressure treated lumber for pergola and Home Depot's prices and quality were better then Lowes..

I received quality help buying an appliance once I got an associate. This store in particular didn't have the best setup for finding tools or fasteners. Most of the customers, when I went, were the elderly. They were less interested in making purchases and more interested in tying up the other associates. Loneliness?

The personal service I receive at Home Depot exceeds similar stores that I pass by on the way to Home Depot. The associates don't "duck n cover" when they see me obviously looking for something. They are also knowledgable about their products or find some one who is. They saved me 100s of dollars this week by helping me thru drywall patching and painting. Last week, they helped with AC filters issues. I always go to Home Depot.

Everything was easy to find, and what i couldnt find the associate was quick and very helpful in finding what i was looking for.

Purchased pavers/sand and bags of gravel for a yard project. The associates at the front desk made sure that everything was pulled correctly.Then they help make the truck rental a plesant and speedy process.They were even pleased to help load the truck.

Very hard to find merchandise or an associate to help you. Store is messy & disorganized.

Went in to buy 2 bags of play sand to reorient some stepping stones. Also bought potting soil, Garden soil, and top soil. Everything was in it's place and plenty of it. Didn't need any assistance since nothing had moved since the last time I visited for these products. Home Depot is my Favorite Toy Store.

I believe her name is Ashley. She was working the appliance section in the evening on 5/26. The dishwasher I wanted was on back order and she helped me locate a great dishwasher for exactly the same price and color that wasn't on back order. She was also very patient and understanding with my son. Mike was also extremely helpful. The prices, the quality, and the overall spirit of helpfulness is why I am a loyal customer to this home depot.

I had a window leak at my home and had no idea how to fix it. I asked a couple of the guys working in the store what I'd need to fix it and one of them right away knew what it was I needed to take care of it and even told me how to fix the leak properly. Very helpful!

I tried to buy rain gutter. There was no help to locate items. Some items to build rain gutter were missing. No people to ask. I was standing there 10 minutes and nobody was around. Cashier whose name is Jigna was extremely rude. No greeting or asking that I could find all items or got help. She literally picked up things from cart and threw back. I have been in other locations, but this location is the worst. Please visit other Home depot.

I love shopping at my local Home Depot. The staff are always friendly and everyone offers to assist me. That is so rare in today's world. I am so happy the store is dog friendly.
