Well organized store. Clean. Easy to find everything with HD app.

Recently purchased a new gas range. Noelle inappliances was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Made us feel comfortable and made sure everything was taken care of for us.

Have noticed a marked improvement in service at this store. People are friendlier and more willing to help. Inventory in some sections are a challenge. Overall, good progress improving customer service.

Above and beyond service! Great prices, beats all the others for the same products.

Location is great always has products rarely we have to ahop at Dover for certain items. All staff is very helpful & i personally know some of them now after shopping here for over 5 years

The associates are available and very helpful at this location. They often go out of their way to assist you.

The employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I bought a dishwasher and I was given expert help and very friendly service from a man named Lou Okrent.

Finding a home depot employee to assist is almost impossible, not like years past when there were experienced tradesmen always available

The Home Depot in Succasunna has always provided great service. The employees know their stuff and are very helpful. Quite different and better than many other home deports who just point you to an aisle.

I like all the Home Depot stores in my area The Sucasunna N J store has millions of items you need for private and commercial building and beautifying in store and online Good prices and selection with rep help and fast checkout or easy order, pick up or delivery I browse with by teenage granddaughter as she says it is one of favorite stores as she loves the smell of the lumber dept. I as well.. She is also big fan of Sephora and Ulta! Who would of guessed!!

I walked into Home Depot expecting to be overwhelmed by options — instead, I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, all thanks to Christine. It reminded me of when I was younger when my dad would bring me to HD and any employee knew everything about anything. I think this level of customer service that HD once provided has been lost over the years. Christine gives hope to what HD used to be- a friendly greeting, knowledgeable about the product and most importantly giving one the confidence you were in good hands. I really think Christine should be highlighted for this as an example of what Home Depot should be from a customer standpoint. I typically ignore the review requests but I felt that Christine deserves the praise.

I was getting a simple tool accessory and as I went through the isles I was asked by three different staff members if I needed help. Nice to know they’re around.

I love coming to this store, the employees are friendly, they greet you and are helpful.

I have a gallon of the paint used to paint my house many years ago. When I tried to do some touch ups with this paint, the original paint did not match the faded paint on my house. So I brought a piece of a shingle to Home Depot who was able to exactly match my faded paint. Unbelievable!

I had a problem with my online order, customer service at the Dover,NJ store was not even remotely interested in my issue and just dismissed me by saying come to the store. I contacted Home Depot the main customer service line (888), customer service representatives, Jennifer Preble was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. she resolved my problem in few minutes and completed my purchase. She is a great customer service representative. The 5 stars is for Jennifer Preble.

I have Lupus and not feeling well at that time but staff helped me. Greeted well when I got in the bldg as well before shopping.

Holiday , store was busy , paint sept had a line , 4 customer service reps standing around talking looking over one walked by me and I asked if the guy could get help behind the paint counter and I was told I need to be patient. He must’ve mentioned it to someone because someone did come over to help eventually

Sandy at the Pro Desk is always helpful above just checking me out when the register lines are long. She helps me with my pro account, cause I'm computer illiterate. And never gives me an issue.

I'm a freaking buyer at this store. The store has pretty much everything I need. It well organized and the stuff is friendly and helpful.

The store has been around for awhile and could use a freshened up look. And all homedepots should get 5% with credit card. The help at this homedepot is very good.

Employees at this store have always been very helpful to me, which is unusual these days. Each of the several times I have been in the store, I have always had employees be very kind and helpful. I appreciate it very much.

After I purchased carpeting & charged it to my new HD credit card, I have been receiving messages telling me that I still owe money to HD since only 99% of it was charged to my card until after installation & now they want the other 1%. Some NJ law???
