I'm tough on giving out 5 stars. We can always do better. Having said that the employees were very helpful and friendly.

Much better than Lowes because this store has employees who are eager to assist customers.

I always find what I need and I always find something interesting

Like this store, better service than average. Only recent dissappointment was the desire to purchase a clearance item in plumbing. When I went back they already put items out back by dumpster to trash or donate to charity. I was still willing to buy the item but policy would not allow. Assistant manager did offer a nice discount on a standard stock item which did satisfy me from a service perspective, but did not meet my budget constraints. This is my favorite HD in NJ none the less.

I love the people that work at this store, they are always so helpful and friendly and easy to work with. If they cant help me then they find someone that can help me with all my contracting needs. The store is easy and convenient for me to get to as well load up my items in my truck Thank you

This Store never had any registers open, except for Self Checkout. If we have to do everything ourselves then we might as well buy online. Store layout and entrance is unlike any other HD that I have been to and is very confusing.

this store is closest to my home...they always seem to have everything i am looking for and over the years their selection of things is very great...during all the seasons...i always have a good actually great experience there, everyone is always always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me...i am here about once every two weeks for something or other for a home improvement and i always come out happy, the service is always top notch, never a wait which i love!!!!

This store is local for me and I always have a good shopping experience here.

Brilliant service - delivery service dropped and damaged a new refrigerator but still carted away the old fridge. The store delivered a floor sample fridge to us at 8.30pm so we could have a fridge until the new one arrived. Then the store made sure we were compensated for all the issues we had with the old refrigerator. Exemplary survice

Garden depart need desperate improvements in respect in helping customer on many differents categories; no help with heavy products ,no employee is specialized in lawn products or to answer to our more common questions

i was able to confirm store inventory prior to arriving and was also able to find where this was located. upon arriving i was shown by an employee where the item was and she then helped me load the box (50+ lbs.) onto a cart!

Everyone from the front desk, chance encounters when I'm looking for something, to the sales associates that actually assists me are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. No one has ever passed me by without helping and often walks to the actual spot in the store to show me. I've had two big purchases from this store in the last three months in addition to the normal 'quickies' needed and whether small or big, everyone goes out of their way to assist me. It is welcomed and appreciated. Home Depot was recommended to me by a friend when looking for big ticket item and worked out perfectly. So when I needed an appliance, I went back to the Roxbury Home Depot. Also, when son in Virginia needed big installation items, I sent him to HD, which he used.

By far, the nicest and most helpful associates in retail! Exceptional. Recently had experience with other similar stores (Lowe's and Sears) and neither came anywhere close to being as nice and going out of their way to obtain information and assistance. It's easy when the item is stocked and available, but not necessarily when out of the ordinary. However, whether it is "standard" or more work required, this store provides the BEST customer service of any other similar place of business. Definitely recommend. In fact, I have recommended HD and it was recommended to me. Not only this time, but every time in the past as well. Always nice, always helpful. Thanks! It is appreciated.

the products were where they should be and fully stocked, nothing worse than an out of stock

It would be helpful if there were prices noted for item in the L&G section that are on pallets and on the floor. Items that were on the upper levels had prices noted, but not the floor loaded pallets of Scotts weed and feed

Home Depot representative was just amazing. I am a disabled veteran and I was not expecting to buy a new fridge but he made this buying experience as painless as possible. He assisted me with all the concerns I had and he provided me with all the items I required to have the new fridge installed with new water line to it. IT WAS JUST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in a long time

I had been shopping at a competing chain for some time. But on a recent shopping trip to that other chain, I was unable to find what I was looking for and couldn't find any help. So, I went to my local Home Depot and was pleasantly surprised at the level of attention and friendliness. The website has also been vastly improved. I'll think of this store first from now on. I even opened a new account!

Walked in greeted right away by Barb, offered a cart, and took me right to what I was looking for but unfortunetly you were out of stock. Found for me in another store!

store was clean associates were close by , first one I asked directed me to the isle where my purchase was to be made.

Store was clean had what I wanted and the associates and cashier were very friendly.
