Every staff member I've encountered at this store has gone out of their way to be helpful, and in a pleasant, friendly way. A suggestion one employee made (one who stopped as I was wandering around looking confused/pensive) was perfect for my garden needs, so happy with the end result!

The store is well stocked and clean, associates are helpful and extremely pleasant. Succasunna Home Depot is the best one around. Thank you.

Awful experience today May 23, 2019, with store employee Debbie working at the customer counter. Asked her about storage containers on one day sale May 24th, how big they were since the size wasn't listed in circular. She went behind the counter and opened a cabinet against the wall and threre was about eight of them attached to a piece.of paper with a name on it. I asked her if that was how many they had or if that had more in stock. She told me to go look on shelve and see how many there was. My wife and I went there first before we went to service counter for help. There was different sizes but not that size Debbie showed us, We thought she was awful for assistance and asked to speak to store manager Scott. Spoke to Scott and no help either except he stated wanted to hear her side of the story, really that's want happened today. Wondering if those containers she has put aside for herself or someone else. Feel that way by her reaction to us when I asked if that's how many Home Depot has for tomorrow's one day sale. Scott did say he knows Debbie for along time but didn't.t take the time out to find out either if they any for tomorrow's sale. I'm surprised Home Depot doesn't know what they have in their inventory or perhaps they didn't want to have a customer. Again really disappointed and shop in Home Depot often. Thanks for taking the time to read this experience we had today, hope this is not going to be new culture at Home Depot

This is a great Home Depot. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Store is clean and organized and well stocked. Returns are easy. Special orders are a breeze. Checking out is easy. Plus they have popcorn!!

For 28 years this store usually has what we need. It seems unfortunately some of the employees don't know what customer service means.

Yes it's a good store but it's constitly running out of things that I need. Like the plastic storage containers I was here 2 times this week and they haven't gotten a new shipment in.

Natalia was extremely helpful when it came to special ordering items and using a promo code.

Store is fine and employees are excellent, but beware that prices marked on shelf are not always what you are charged. I bought tomato plants that were marked as on sale. When I got home I noticed that I was charged full price, about twice what was marked. It is annoying to go back to the store to debate the price - I warn others to check receipt before you leave the store.

Most importantly our sales associate was very nice and had a good sense of humor. Also, Home Depot generally has the products we are looking for, and the staff has always been very helpful when help is needed, which is a lot of the time for us. They will walk you over to where the item is and show you the options; they don't just say "go to aisle 7" or wherever. We appreciate this assistance. Home Depot has been consistent in its efforts to please their customers...they get an A+ from us!

Doug at the returns desk was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I had no hassles with product returns. He was very quick, without making me feel like I was being rushed.

Bought Appliances had nothing but problems, the measurements on the signs are incorrect a quarter of a inch make a big difference when trying to through a doorway. Getting a refund was a nightmare.

Stephanie in the paint department is friendly and knowledgeable and the reason I buy paint in this Home Depot instead of another paint store

The prior Store manager was often very visible. I shop here often enough that he knew my name & what I was working on by what I had on the rack. I have not had the opportunity to meet the current store manager. He/she is doing a great job based on how the majority of employees interact with each other and with customers!
