When a customer is paying at a kiosk which displays a large sign that CLEARLY reads "debit/credit cards only", it is extremely insulting for a staff member to ask "are you paying with debit or credit card?" My first instinct was to answer "I'm not paying at all", leave the items at the payment kiosk, and walk out of the store. But, since I didn't have time to drive to another location to make my purchase, I reluctantly answered "Yes, English IS my language and I AM able to read", completed my purchase, and left.

I’m excited to see my bathroom do over, what I wanted I would’ve had to order online, but so glad I was able to make use of what was in store

The help and interaction that I received in the Pro Shop was amazing. Their knowledge and willingness to help was amazing. I usually go to the HD on Okeechobee Blvd. but I stopped in at the HD on St. Rd. 7 and the store’s atmosphere and employees really made a difference. I’ll continue going to that store versus

Needed a new washer and dryer in a hurry. Home depot was awesome! Trisha guided us on what washers and dryers we should look at, and what to avoid. What a great experience!

Ok, it's true they deliver, almost anything you need to purchase can be delivered and also installed. I like to take care of the install, but life gets in the way sometimes. The in store service is amazing with experts (experienced actual people) that offer to help and a retailer that actually helps get the job done. I appreciate the service (rare to offer service of this caliber) and its nice to know you deliver. Thank you GN

Even I drove 60 miles in order to buy what I was needing, and I did not find it, the excellent customer service of the employees. Freddy, assistant manager and Jackie in Pro Dpt. Made possible I got out from the store with 10/10 in customer satisfaction.

Home Depot is amazing!!!

They are not trained, and are not knowledgeable to sell you an appliance. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We are always shopping at Home Depot the men usually check out at the pro-desk and Belle is usually the one the men gravitate towards. She is always in a good moo, happy to us & always helpful

We purchased a 7 person Iron Metal Poteban Patio Set. The delivery date was changed & did not specify when during the day the set would arrive. We are pleased with patio set but all the screws, nuts, etc were not included in the appropriate boxes. That was frustrating bc it was very difficult trying to notify the supplier that some of the parts were missing. Only an email was given & Home Depot Distribution did not have a ph# to call. We decided to just purchase the missing parts from the local Home Depot. All things said, we love the durable patio set.

The store does not have a good amount of knowledgeable employees. I asked 4 employees on different occasions for unrelated items and only one was able to show me where the item was located. When a 60-year-old homemaker goes into a Home Depot and i knows much more than the employees, that’s a problem. Customer service is very disappointing.

I really want to express every detail of disappointment but the key point I’d like to make is the customer service here is the worst. Pure incompetence, lack of knowledge, lazy attitudes.

My review is about the store itself. I always loved shopping at Home Depot because of the help you get in the store and how knowledgeable the employees were. In recent years tho, the stores hired a bunch of younger people who seemingly did not know much about the products or the store. I have now seen a great improvement in that area. The younger people seem to be gaining more knowledge. or at least, know where to lookup the info. It's a pleasure shopping at The Home Depot!

I sure could have used help loading bags of mulch into my car but there was no one around.

Dirty store messy store very difficult to get help in often long lines. This visit there was a raccoon in the garden center chewing on product lately. Every visit to Home Depot yields a bad experience.

I always buy my home supplies here. I’m a do it myself person and am happy I have a store which is well organized that I can quickly pick up my supplies and go.

What a disaster! Whose idea was all self-checkout?? No help on floor because every employee was helping checkout!! The line was long & slow. Customers dropped their items on the floor & walked out. No room for people buying lumber or larger items to fit into small register spaces with their goods. Cash payments were rejected because of crumpled bills & those customers had no credit cards. Losing sales!!

The Staff has always been very Helpful and in many instances they have gone well beyond the Norm to satisfy my requirements.
