The garden center is filled with all kinds of wonderful plants to choose from! I really love the colors, and the smells of all the plants! One thing that makes it really great though is the customer service. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's the place to go to make things grow!

While in paint area, I was guided to exactly what type of painted I needed for my project.

Ari was a lot of help. He verified someone put the product I was buying in the wring spot, helped me locate other items, and then got me a discount on my ourchase

My husband have been to this Home Depot at least 10 times since buying our house a few months ago. We would highly recommend this store. Great service, employees are always welcome to help. Able to find what we need or ask for help to find it.

Brought old cans of paint to the paint dept. because they were dried out and I wanted to toss them....but not before I found out the exact color that they were so that I could one day buy more. The person at the counter was very helpful in looking up each color since there was no record of 3 of them under my name. He also gave me good advice about tracking the colors used. The cashier, Keneah helped me use my gift card to make purchases and wrote down the balance where it was prominently displayed.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing appliances. Celina W. was very helpful.

I went to purchase material for a home renovation. I needed Romex from the locked case. I was told by each of the three employees I could find that they were too busy to help and to go find someone else. No attempt to assist. I actually have to go to a competitor to get the wire I need because I couldn’t get someone to unlock a case to get wire that they have in stock. Terrible customer service.

Products are, great and the staff is friendly.

Hugo in the paint helped me a great deal today. He educated me regarding materials that I needed to paint my classroom. Very respectful and friendly associate. Ask for him if you ever need help in the paint department.

I had an AMAZING experience at my local Home Depot, and it was all thanks to Justice, the cashier. Justice went above and beyond to make sure my shopping trip was as smooth and easy as possible. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, offering advice on the best products for my project and even carrying some of the heavier items to my car. Justice's outstanding customer service exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling grateful and satisfied. I can't thank them enough for making my Home Depot trip such a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

The isles are so packed with merchandise to be put on shelves you can barely get through.

Great experience and satisfaction

Even though I was the only customer at the paint department I waited over five minutes for the employee, who was on a clearly personal phone call, to acknowledge me then was obviously bothered that she had to end her call to wait on me. I’m patient but I hate being ignored. Even a “ I’ll be with you in a moment “ would have been nice.

Courniya who is a lovely check out representative literally saved my trip to Home Depot. Thank you Courniya for your wonderful attention to detail and your caring and compassion for the older people in the community; you are appreciated! However...the floor staff was horrible! No one EVER wants to help always trying to pass the buck off to the next floor representative...Home Depot needs to hire MORE STAFF to accommodate people who need help and to offset those that are there who do not want to help or care. Like I said thank goodness for Courniya.

Main issue is regarding the return of an item that cost $17. I did not have my receipt nor physical copy of my identification card, however, I did have a photo copy of my driver license in my phone. I mentioned that I purchased the item with my Home Depot consumer card and I would like to have the refund issued back to my card. The cashier (manager) Johnny, prompted me to enter my social security number in the keypad and then asked for my identification card. I showed him my phone in which he said he needs to have a physical copy. I mentioned that I’m simply requesting to put the money back on my consumer card, and not purchase anything and he continued to refuse despite the fact that I had a copy of the driver license showing my face and id number on my phone. When I asked for another manager he mentioned he was the only one in the store. In my previous experience at this store, a similar occurred and I verbally provided my driver license number without even presenting an identification card. I definitely feel this was prime example of racial profiling. Please replace the manager and policy!
