Very clean, organized, isles are labeled so it is easy to find what you need. The store is clean, and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

THIS IS THE "ONLY" HD I SHOP AT. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS NICE AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES SEEM TO TAKE THEIR APPEARANCE TO THE UPPER LEVEL ALSO. CONDREL THE CASHIER WAS EXTREMELY NICE, HE'S A SOFT SPOKEN YOUNG MAN BUT IT WAS A PLEASURE FOR HIM TO RING ME UP. WE TALKED SPORTS, WHICH IS ALWAYS A PLUS IN MY BOOK!! OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME I'M THERE. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

My complaint was professionaly resolved by DORA & ADRIAN! Thank you both for your concern to offer stellar customer service when your "customer service-online-phone" department would not! My conversation with PRINCESS L. at the customer service phone# was very upsetting. I asked for her supervisor, she said he was "in a meeting". I asked for him to call me back. She said his name is Darren & assured me he would call me. This conversation was 9/22 & today is 9/29...so far...no callback! However, to my pleasure, ADRIAN from store #4656 did call me & we were able to agree on a solution. I visited the store 9/27 & received excellent service from DORA! Thank you!

Military consumer BEWARE that lumber is NOT COVERED under your military discount? This store nor HOME DEPOT will probably not disclose that to you unless you question your receipt!

Everytime I go into this store my experience is always pleasant. I always receive such excellent customer service.

This Store was Great! Clean restrooms, shelves stocked, and the employees were especially friendly and very pleasant to be around. This applied to checkout and floor workers. I went to different employees for help and they were all helpful and courteous.

This is the only HD I will shop at. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. And the service desk ladies are so AWESOME. There is one young lady in particular I adore, by the name of Zenda. She's very pleasant. She's often at the desk by herself when im in there, but she's fast and efficient as if she's the whole team.

I will shop from this store again. It is close to my home. Employees are very helpful.

We have had awesome assistance in the Appliance Department and have purchased 3 appliances in less than 6 months at our local store. Even though the store is huge, the sales reps are friendly and helpful.

The Specialist (nice that I don't have any reservations calling them Specialist!!) in every department I have ever shopped has always been patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and always seem to go above and beyond to make sure I have exactly what I need by asking questions about my project and making suggestions that might make my job easier or more cost effecient. Whether it was NOT purchasing something I thought I needed or purchasing something that I didn't even think about. Thanks for hiring such helpful Specialist.

They have a wide assortment of items that you can use. If you can't find it there they will tell you where to find the items
