STORE IS VERY CONVIENENT TO MY HOME. VERY NEAT AND VERY FRIENDLY CASHIERS BUT WILL LIKE TO SEE MORE HELP IN THE NIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER NEEDS

Stuff helped me find what I was looking for and eager to help assist Carl was also very helpful and friendly.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I am so happy to shop there. But one thing, I don't like at all about the delivery department of home depot, the driver teams are so rude and unprofessional.

FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKING. THE TWO WORDS I WOULD USE TO DESCRIBE SOUTH RIDING HOME DEPOT. I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR AND WHEN I CAN'T, THE SORE ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I NEVER SEE ANYONE JUST SITTING AROUND, THEY'RE ALWAYS HARD AT WORK.

Store associates are usually helpful. Lots of different products. Usually I can find whatever I am looking for.

Adon in the cabinet department is amazing, if you are interested in designing a new kitchen make sure you work with Adon on your cabinets and countertops. He is knowledgable, patient, helpful and an all-around great guy. He always followed up with me and did everything he said he would do. I have shopped cabinets for many years and have had experiences that were not so great, but working with Adon was wonderful and made the process so easy. Home Depot, if you are listening, give Adon a raise, he deserves it!!

Every one was helpful and cordial.

The store in South Riding is one ofthe best Home Depot locations around NoVA. I've been coming to this location for about a year now since we moved. Good stock of carried items and very helpful staff at the rental center. Cashiers and other employees are consistently helpful and appear to be genuinely concerned with teh customer and just doing a good job no matter their particular role on the staff. Through various remodeling projects the different specialty area staff were absolutely the best. If there is one area that could use improvement it would be the propane tank exchange system. Iit rarely works and although the employees are very helpful, you shouldn't have to call them every time for a supposedly automated system.

The sales people here at South Riding Home Depot seem to really put an effort into getting you what you need, and help with loading, (inside, & out) without having to ask.

This store, in addition to being convenient to where I live, is always clean and well organised. The thing I love the most about this store is that everybody is usually very friendly and welcoming. Rarely does a visit go by without at least one friendly lady associate waving and greeting me with a genuine smile. It's a far friendlier than the other local Home Depots (like Manassas, they're some friendly employees but not many).

There is always an employee around to ask questions and if they do not know, they will call someone who does.

Best customer support, one your employees named Mr. Haider has supported me with my entire shopping. very knowledgeable and and informed person. Did not rush me. he let me take my time to decide, he helped me with his best recommendations.

Store manager was rude and unhelpful. Home Depot does not honor their online prices in the store! The 8 x 10 rug was out of stock on line and there was no indication of if and when it would be in stock. They had some in the store, so we went to purchase it. It was $247.00 but on line it was $177.75. The price difference was $69.25. It would have been on thing if it was $10 or $15, but $70 is a bit much. I would rather go to another store out of my way where they honor their prices.

People are friendly here

I bought a new town home where I am responsible for mowing a small patch of lawn. I went into HD to get the wire for my electric edger. I found Eusebio and asked him for help. Even though it wasn't his department, he helped me identify the correct size wire I needed. Plus, when I asked him for help determine whether the hose I selected would serve my purpose, he checked the customer ratings on his phone. I would definitely return to HD because of sales attendants like Eusebio.

We've used Home Depot this year to create a beautiful basement bar, buy a washing machine and buy doors to be put in by a HD contractor. Excellent service all the way around. It was unbelievable how smooth and quickly the basement bar came together (we're talking 17' of cabinets + appliances, folks).We've used other suppliers, sadly, and there's no comparison. After the bar and the issues HD solved instantly with my washer we just go to HD for anything regarding the house.
