I buy a real tree every year. I usually would go find a tree farm so that me and my children can enjoy the festivities but this year there were no tree farms in my area and the ones that I did happen up on were by appointment only. I was very hesitant when I was told Home Depot sell trees but to my surprise they had a great quality and a large stock of beautiful trees. This just might be my new go to for the holiday season every year and they were cheap!

I buy all my appliances there

I was in the store last night trying to purchase flooring and have it at will call for the contractor to retrieve. Was there two hours and the systems could not process any credit card or Home Depot credit payments. Wasted time

Loved the angled customer service area,, nice to see the reps able to sit down. They seemed happier !!

Quality equipment at competitive prices.

I asked an employee where the hardboard was cause it wasn’t on its normal shelf/area. Employee looked at me and said “idk what that is”. I tried to explain to them what it was. They proceeded to watch me as I walked up and down several isles looking for hardboard. They provided no help nor called anyone over to help me. Please bring back the 60 year olds who know how to fix things and where things are.

Had to carry 3 large boxes in and out of store twice because service personnel are not trained properly

Home Depot has been our go to store for all our home needs. Hardware, tools, appliances, carpeting and outdoor supplies. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and no hassle when it comes to customer service.

I needed a new wet/dry nozzle for my shop vac which they did not have in stock, but were able to order for home delivery! The employees Sarah and Jose G were extremely helpful, efficient, professional, cordial, and knowledgeable! Thank you

Had to trim down a cabinet for an appliance delivery, which actually also purchased through Home Depot. Ran quick to this Home depot and found the multi Tool Ryobi I was looking for, used the QR code to call for assistance which I was skeptical about but now absolutely love as the employee came over right away. The young man was very helpful answering questions and in addition let us know about a current promotion that was available at the time so saved us money on the trip as well. I've normally had good experience at this Home Depot but I was especially pleased with my latest trip! In addition this tool worked very well and the job was easy to complete.

The people at this store are always helpful and I appreciate it. I do NOT however appreciate seeing lax "illegal aliens" at the store. This will be a HOT SPOT for ICE and may cause a disturbance after Jan 20th 2025. Get ready. On the other hand this store is always well stocked and I enjoy shopping here. I bought my washer from #4941. The only reason I did purchase is because the employees were terrific. I I went to the Franklin store and left very, very unhappy, but decided to give it another try, so I went to the Holt Ave store and was happy I did. Thank you Maleah and Annie.

I bought 6 40# bags of Morton Water Softener since Lake Michigan has hard water. Its five functions keep mineral build-up from occurring in the pipes. My face and skin prefer soft water for cleansing. My only recommendation is to rinse your utensils to remove the mineral residue left by the Softener.

I had to buy a new washer and the salesperson, Andy, was very helpful and informative on what we were looking for. Friendly, made shopping easy.

Very difficult to find anyone willing to help

I have bought a washer and dryer set and a pole saw and the staff were so helpful. The store is very clean and well organized, I just love shopping there!

Everyone at the store was super friendly. The security guard led me to the air conditioner. I was looking for. The clerk was great and I spoke to a manager who is super friendly.

The only positive experience about this store was a store associate in carpeting, Reyn Appell who assisted us. Everything after has been the worst service!
