Good service in this store had a great experience.

Store associates are great..! Showing genuine concern for people and helping to solve problems and save money.

The associates in this store are very good at avoiding customers and offering to help. They are either no where to be found or avoiding eye contact. I've been to this store several times and never ONCE been asked if I needed help with anything.

I live a couple blocks away from this home depot location. Whenever I need something at the last minute I know I can come here to get what I need. Store is always clean and very organized.

Haven't any complaints . The greeting is quick and resourceful.The paint department is friendly and the cashiers are phenomenal .

I was looking for some products to complete a project I had conjured up at home. So my wife and I went in looking for items to complete this project. We found our selfs walking around looking for items that no one makes. So we finally decided to ask for some help. Thats when Ted (looks like Santa Claus) came to help us. He gave us some great advise that not only save me hours of work but made the project look better. Thanks Ted. This is the kind of knowledgeable customer service that will keep me coming back to The Home Depot. Your the best !!!!!!

Associates at this store are very helpful and friendly.

I have been here many times and I am sure to be back many more times. The store is near my home and being a home owner I find that there is always something to repair ,upgrade or maintain. More often than not I can go in find what I want quickly and be on my way.

The store was not to clean but OK the desk service great fast and friendly not taking extra time in and out in 7 minutes I think is a record Thank you

Fairly easy to find what you're looking for, and if you need help the store associates are willing to help.

The two associates were very helpful when I returned the damaged tool box I received online. They located one in the store that also happened to be damaged but finally found one that was not damaged. Thanks for your help!

I was attended to immediately. Annie promptly attended to my questions and directed me to the areas which were needed to complete my list of materials. Pregnant Annie was assisted by Amber to bring down product which was not on the shelf.

I always have an excellent experience at The Home Depot, especially the Holt Ave. Store. Associates are very friendly and helpful and I am always able to find what I need. The quality of the merchandise is always top notch, I am easily able to find what I need, and everyone is very helpful. The return policy is also excellent.

The Holt Avenue store is conveniently located and has knowledgeable staff.

I had to wait a bit for the associate in plumbing to help because he was with another customer, but he was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed. This particular guy has helped me before; he's very nice!

Manny and the other Proshop staff are excellent! Incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I left confident in our purchase of roofing supplies and will not hesitate to ask questions if we run into any problems.

I realy like the way they have all the deptments with big signs you can see across the store. I can go directly to the place I want to. Even with a hug selection I can find what I want and sometimes I even find things I didn't know I wanted. I think thats great. I recommend this store for all your hardware needs.

Reyn my associate was very helpful when it came to explaining the product and offerwd new insight into its use with other products in remodeling bathrooms. I have worked with Reyn before when I carpeted my home and he always is pleasant and most informative.;

I purchased an amazing cordless drill from my local Home Depot store after having seen it online. I was happy to be buying it and was even happier to find out that they offer really amazing protection plans for a remarkably low price. I will definitely be coming back!

Mike in hardware is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had went to other places with no success. Mike in hardware was so wonderful. If it wasn't for him I would still be at square one. Thank you Mike for assisting me and accomplishing the seemingly impossible task. You are an awesome person .
