I had a most rewarding experience at Home Depot in Salem, NH thanks to an employee, Amanda, who I stopped upon entering the store, which by the way, was very clean and organized. She was like a personal shopper ... took me to all of the items I needed and made sure I was purchasing the correct items and quantities. I had many errands to run yesterday and she made my shopping experience at Home Depot very efficient. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I needed and their store location. Kudos to Amanda! The cashier, Nary, was also very friendly and efficient with a nice smile.

The employees Jay and Miguel went above and beyond. Helpful Customer representatives is what makes a difference. They were there through the whole process to help me picked the things I need and even helped me loaded in the car.

I was very satisfyed shopping at this Home Depot in Salem, NH. The parking lot was full and I thought it would take a lot of time to get what I needed, but to my surprize I found what I needed and quickly exited.

Overall good store. Usually very busy. For the most part well stocked.

There is an outstanding employee that should be spotlighted, her name is Jillian and she is at your Salem NH store at the customer service desk. I own 4 businesses and it is so difficult to find a great employee like her that I want to take the time to let you know she shines. Not just with me and my upper management team but with anyone who walks through the doors, I watch her, she is awesome. I wish I had an employee 1/2 as good as her.

I had the best shopping experience buying materials for a custom LEGO workbench I'm building for my kids. Store associate John L. was incredibly thoughtful and helpful as I selected materials and cut to EXACT dimensions needed to jump start the project. John recently celebrated 20+ years working at Home Depot, and will soon celebrate his 80th birthday -- it is fantastic that customers and other employees alike can benefit from John's experience. I will definitely be back often, and I'll be sure to say hi to John whenever I'm there. Congrats, Home Depot, on recognizing that your store associates are your single greatest asset, and for investing in a truly great group of associates.

It's easy to find help in this clean store and the associates are helpful and friendly.

The staff I asked for help was nice and have me the info I needed. They also knew what they were talking about!

Visited the garden department for the first time. I had been to the Methuen store twice and then a neighbor told me to try the Salem NH store because it was bigger and had more of everything. So speaking only for the garden department, it definitely is much bigger with much more equipment, supplies, and PLANTS! Wish I had gone to Salem NH instead of Methuen before; it's only another mile or two north. And the cashier, Tarren, was super helpful.

Whenever possible shop small local lumber yards and supply houses. The box stores are drastically cutting quality of products to increase the profit margins. The staffing is no different, as few employees and customer service education as possible. Cut anything to make the company and its share holders more money at the poor unknowing customers expense.

Employees are very helpful even when they are overwhelmed with costumers. Always taking their time to make sure you leave with everything you came in to buy.

The sales associates were friendly and eager to help and gave me some very good advice. Kudos to the management team and all of the sales associates at the Salem NH Home Depot! I will definitely shop this store again.

Conveniently located, plenty of Parking and easy access to main roadways and highway in the area. Darlene at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. Home Depot personnel are helpful and ready to help customers loading material into their trucks / vans / cars. I like shopping there and prefer shopping there 100% more than Lowe's which is closer to my house, but more women oriented, with lesser of quality on most stuff and very unfriendly personnel including few of their managers

The employees are amazing! So helpful! Viola in the paint department was such a caring and helpful team member!

We always shop at home depot, love the garden center there. Recent visit, one of the store associates notices my toddler was having a grumpy day. She came over and gave him a sticker which he wore on his hand the rest of the night. It was very sweet of her and made my sons night.

If you are looking for an item, ask one of the associates and if he or she isn't sure, they usually will ask another associate for you. Many of them will lead you to the item or items in the store for your convenience. If you are looking for a specialty item, ask someone at the pro desk and they will page one of the associates in that particular department to assist you.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Employees are very polite, even under a "not so nice situations" with rude customers. Paint & Kitchen department is my favorite !

I was very happy that everyone in the store was kind and pleasant; and they went above and beyond to sell me the product I was shopping for. The MANAGER was very sweet and so willing to help all customers in the store. Keep up the WONDERFUL customer service. A loving MOM and WIFE.
