Michelle designed a fabulous kitchen. She is very talented and hardworking. I highly recommend working with her.

Two different staff members helped me find things I needed. But the person that checked me out was helpful and personable. Her name was Kelsey. She made it fun to be there!

We got in and out so fast with very friendly, helpful staff! We will continue getting our supplies from this home depot

Generally we find the staff to be very hslpful and ftriendly. there is usually someone just inside the entrance to greet us and help us know where things are

If you need to use the HD app at this store, you will need to figure it out BEFORE you get to this store. No one there knows anything about the HD app. They never see it, have not been trained in its use, and will not be able to figure out how to use it. If you have Pro discounts or member benefits, find them on the app before you get there to be able to actually use them. One HD employee told me people over 45 have difficulty with the new technology.

My elderly mother and I had such a great experience at this Home Depot. Normally this kind of store would be overwhelming for us, but the staff was so patient and helpful, we easily found.everything we needed (and more). We will definitely return.

Horrible customer service with no follow through in The appliance department. They definitely just want to take your money and stick it to ya.

Prestige Installations, an outside vendor, is used to measure and install shades. Unfortunately, there have been multiple screw-ups. The first time they came out, our new house was late in the construction phase; the vendor came, and went, and never talked to my husband, leaving him sitting outside in his car. We were later told framing on the windows needed to be done before measuring. (a contradiction of what we were told initially) The SECOND time they came out, the vendor again left my husband sitting outside in the heat, and never contacted him. (later we learned he only measured half the windows) We were told the measuring was done and we could now order our shades. I get in there, and Cheyenne, who walked up with an attitude, gives me a sheet of 10 windows. Considering we have 18, I asked her where was the second page? She said that was it. I handed her the design packet the original sales person had given me, with ALL the windows. Evidently, Prestige was not aware we have a north side to the house. I am told by the Home Depot department manager that Prestige won't even do the shades THEY HAVE measured because it would mean they'd have to come out again. So now after three store visits and phone tag, we still have no shades with 102-degree heat. Oh and as the kicker? They tried to charge me AGAIN for coming out to measure for the original windows they missed. We were promised a call from Home Depot this morning by 10 AM, when no call was received we drove to the store and were told the vendor can come out again in 16 days to finish measuring. Footnote: the Home Depot form that is sent to the vendor does not list the number of windows that need to be measured. The answer I received when I questioned that -- "we've always done it that way." Went out looking for a portable ac unit. Couldn't find any at this location so asked customer service if they had any left. Was told they had one left new so I bought it. Returned home to set up new unit. Upon taking out everything I noticed all parts were not in original packaging. Remote and batteries were in zip lock bags from hefty. Filter had dust and dirt on it. Obviously the unit had been used and Returned. I went ahead and tested unit for 40 minutes. Unit never got cold. Felt like warm fan air on cool. Had to drive back across town to Return merchandise the store employees knew was Returned.

We had no idea how to order carpeting and measurements. The associate walked us thru everything and she was fun and easy to work with.

Every time we go to home depot, we leave feeling valued as a customer. We can talk to any employee, they are all helpful, personable, outgoing and the store is... Well amazing, we have to control ourselves to not max credit cards out every time

This store is always clean and well stocked. Parking is ample too. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable

I prefer the majority of products from Home Depot over the others, but what keeps me loyal is their customer service.

Recently I bought some kitchen cabinets. They look fantastic and really have added so much to my home.

Employee went out oof his way to help us find the product we needed. Answered all our questions. Clerk at checkout very friendly. Had a smile on her face the whole time. Ian saw us struggling with our items and rushed over to help us load it into our car. Another customer came up and needed help. With a smile on his face he said I'd be happy to help you.

in order to repair and sharpen my lopper, I needed a blade sharpener and nut and bolt The associate STEVE helped me locate the needed items.

Helen, a cashier, and the two Kenny’s from appliances were my hero’s. They all showed exceptional customer service by going out of their way to help me find everything I need. I was so so thankful for their time and friendliness. My experience was a 10/10!!

Garden center plants are hugely expensive compared to nurseries. Shelf stock on top shelves scare me if there was an earthquake . . . it would fall and kill people. Saving grace is they probably have what your are looking for. However, they need a nearby warehouse to store excess stock, not on towering racks.

They serviced a tool I purchased from HOME DEPOT, honoring their policy/Guarantee to do so

The employees are amazing! They bring a smile to my face every morning which make my day. I would recommend this store and location to friends and family.

I know during increased covid out breaks in Salem staff if limited and having to work extra hard. So having three different employees help me out on one trip was more then expected!

The rules say to avoid writing about CS, but I had such great CS on this trip that it is worth writing about. Very polite and treated me as a fellow human and not an annoyance to their day. That quality makes me much more likely to go there again and spend my money again. HD is pretty much at the whims of manufactures for quality of products, but not for the quality of the people working there. Kudos.

Extremely helpful, friendly and has great customer service skills. He's definitely an example employee.

Florence, my cashier, made my day. She had a fantastic sense of humor, even at the end of the day. She joked around with me regarding the fact I didn’t write down the size of the nuts and bolts I was buying. I felt like a valued customer, not a bother.
