Can't blame the store for the people in the area. People often try to steal from store. Great employees. The store design is different from the other ones and it can be a bit annoying walking from one end to the other. Everything is usually organized. NOTE: Get a shopping cart from parking lot as they are usually not in stock by store entrance.

This store is the best and goes out of their way to provide the best assistance.

This is a really busy place most of the time. I don't see employees standing around. That said, employees appear to be busy stocking and straightening up, but if you need help, they're there quickly. I don't get the impression that this store is 'neat and tidy' because it's always in motion with lots of people and tons of products. It is safe and orderly (better than 'neat and tidy'), with lots of choices and good prices. I especially note that lumber quality is superior to my local Lowe's, with slightly better prices to boot.

I phoned the store around 2 PM. Spoke with a gentleman in the Outdoor Living area of the store. I explained I just moved here and my family was all together helping me get settled. I needed to purchase a nice grill for no more than $200, as it was our last day together and we wanted to have a Bar B Que. When I arrived at the store 45 minutes later, the grill in the box was waiting at check-out with a very nice note from the store representative. That made my entire month. I did spend the time to meet the employee and give him a hug. I am so very impressed with this Home Depot because of this wonderful experience. Thank you!!

As is usual for this store, very few cashiers on duty. Lots of customers waiting in lines all over the place.

Exchanges are just as timely as the check outs provided the customers ahead of me are in good spirits...

Broke something, got something, replaced it in 40 min.

Quick pick up and then off to the site for an install. Life is good...

A quick maintenance run for parts here and I was out and on site in 30 minutes.

We were greeted twice as we made our way to the items we were looking for. My husband was surprised that the exact type spark plug and air filter were in stock. Our lawnmower is an older type so he expected that parts for it would be hard to locate. While we were looking at the items, a lady employee came by and asked if we needed help. We thanked her and told her we had found them. We used the self checkout and came home. When we started to use the HomeDepot opinion website, we found that we could not because the receipt was very faded. In sending an e-mail to the Home Depot Customer Service about the faded receipt, we were surprised to have a representative call us and help us by retrieving the sales receipt number to apply to our entry. THANK YOU all for your attention to your customers.

I want to thank all the associates who were ready and willing to kindly assist us while we were at the San Bernardino store. It was a fun experience.

HOME DEPOT IS MY FAVORITE STORE. THE STORE IN SAN BERNARDINO ON 21ST STREET IS BETTER THAN THE OTHERS. THE PEOPLE ARE DOWN TO EARTH. VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. IF I CANT FIND WHAT IM LOOKING FOR, THEY PROVIDE INFORMATION WHERE I CAN GET WHAT IM LOOKING FOR, EVEN IF ITS ANOTHER STORE.

Store setup is hard to find products and to make it worse no help from workers. cashier pushing Home Depot credit at time of check out forgot to give me bagged product I went to job missing items

Come here often? We do, and we love this store. Friendly employees and low prices on most items that we have come to expect. Everyone at the pro desk is great. No matter how flooded with customers, they find a way to juggle everything and get us taken care of quickly. We appreciate everyones hard work and service. Keep it awesome!

So tired of complaining about the lack of Customer Service for the little man in a Home Depot. There never seems to be anyone around that can help or answer questions.

I was looking for a product to seal around a hot water heater chimney protruding through a metal roof. The associate explained the different products and suggested possible helpful solutions.

I recommend this store, they are gently, fast, and very organized!

While helping me find the Dryer I wanted, Associate was super nice and polite, and then handled my transaction quick and efficient!

Great customer service. We needed a few boxes of one product and the Hospitality Lane store only had a couple of boxes. The Hospitality Lane store called over to this store and found us some more in stock. The cashier at this store honored the lower price from the Hospitality Lane store for our trouble. That's how you do great customer service. : )
