Overall someone is always there to greet you. Someone is always there to help you, answers questions, even take you round and show you where everything you need is.

Staff very friendly, helpful, always offering assistance when passing by.

Mari and Ted are awesome at the pro desk. They need to clone these two workers and put them in every store. Will continue to shop at San Bernardino store...

Many of the associates have construction or design experience. Many times i tap into their expertise, if not for guidance, just verification. Over the years,about 15, I have come to know most of them, and them, me. All but once has been a most pleasant experience and Tim (TMM335) corrected that problem. So it's all good!

The workers know the name of tools and are very helpful and bilingual

You feel very comfortable in the store,helpful and friendly store associates. For the most part all orders were on time and complete. I would rate the store a Ten. It is important to have a good Home Depot in our community.

Excellent service in this department. I purshased a dishwasher and a microwave. The gentleman was knowledgeable and very patient. May be purchasing a stove today

My husband is applying for a credit in home depot but the costumer service is not very friendly or not helpful in assisting us.

Store was very clean and signs made it easier to shop. Spent longer time in the store as I was thinking of all the home projects I could do.

Although I like to find things myself it is very nice to have friendly associates available for questions I might have. If I don't know how to use a product the associates have always been knowledgable and helpful. I try to do projects myself so it is greatly appreciated when I know where to go for products and help. I had a list of items I needed to buy and with the help of two employees, I was in and out in no time. The self check features helped in that process. Even though I had a Home Depot gift card, the checkout was easy.

Home Depot store 0683 may be small compared to it's surrounding sister stores, but I truly consider this store my home store. This is based off the local hardware store feel to it. Close knit and easy to navigate through the asiles to find what I need. I must also recognize the store associates who always are friendly and knowledgable of store products. I could go to the larger stores in the area, however, once I'm treated nice and as a valued customer such as team 0683, I remain steadfast to shop here. Thanks Home Depot crew 0683.

I visited the store twice today. The original visit was to buy a plumbing part for my husband. In the multitude of the different types of the same parts that all worked the same, I left, but not before buying a beautiful poinsettia. On my return visit a few minutes later, I had the used part in hand and had no problem in making the right choice. It was an enjoyable experience each time I went as everyone at the store was in the Christmas spirit. Three passing employees actually made the correct greeting of wishing me a "Merry Christmas". For that, I am grateful that the kindness of that greeting came through.

I had an electrical problem that I needed to solve. I had an plan in my mind on how to do it, but when I talked to Cesar in electrical, he told me how to do it in a much easier way that probably took only a quarter of the time it would have taken me. Not only did he tell me how to do it, he took me to the parts I needed and showed me what I needed to do with each of those parts to fix my problem. Thanks Cesar!

Every time I go to this store, I'm in and out because they are so well organized.
