This is the best home depot and Xavier is the best home improvement store employee I have ever met.

Went in for a return couldn’t find the receipt. Return associate Cynthia and Manager William we’re amazing at helping me out to exchange my item.

The checkers never make eye contact, thank you for being a customer and it seems like you're bothering them. It is a ghost town, never any workers to help you with your needs.

upon entering I was greeted and immediately given the info I needed. I wanted to purchase boxes and a few bins. The prices were competitive compared to the expensive u haul store, so I was able to purchase what I needed.

After a long day of work and people passing each other like robots, cashier William at Home Depot took the time to greet us and a quick chat about our day. He was very friendly and personable. Felt like the good ol’ days when employees knew you. He’s an asset to Home Depot.

If you ever need flooring from this Home Depot, make sure you ask for Daniel Ochoa, he was amazing!!

We purchased some flooring for an installation at our house and the salesman helped find the flooring at a lower price by purchasing in larger quantities and I was able to use a Home Depot coupon on the purchase as well.

Ac broke and HD quickly assisted me in replacing it

Upon arrival Mayra greeted me and guided me to the flooring department, I couldn’t find any help so she helped me and once I finished shopping she even helped open a credit card account and now I’m going to come back for all my projects, I’ve never had this customer service before and I’m very appreciative.

This kind cashier named Kathy, helped me so patiently when I was having issues with my card and was completely kind and respectful the entire transaction!

Our BBQ would not fit in our car so with the managers help the delivery guy named Pablo helped deliver to our house. They also have lots of vegetables and fruit trees in stock.

I have been shopping at the San Fernando location for years. Today's visit, I was greeted and given the most excellent customer service by Cristian and the store manager, Kim. They made me feel that I'm a valued customer!

Want to be home working on this project but sitting in my car writing a review because I'm so irritated and I burnt my night anyways wasting time at this store. Went to the checker. One of my lumber peices had no sticker. Checker told me to hold on she has to call someone. She then asked if I can go back and take a picture of the barcode. I said "Can't you look it up?". Said no it would take too long. I ran back and told her to let the guy behind me to go. Instead she charged the rest of my items while I was gone. I paid in a hurry because of the line build up. Walk out the door checking my receipt and see she charged me for 2 extra brackets on top of my other 2. Went back and she said "my bad". Told me to go to customer service and she can't do a refund. Asked her to call them so I don't have to stand in line for 20 minutes to fix a mistake that I didn't make. Get there and there's a line of course. I asked the employee did she talk to the cashier. Nope. I asked for a manager and explained the situation. He gets there and by the time he's working on my refund the line would've been just as fast. Had to scan my debit card to get a refund. I asked if I can get cash. Nope. I believe they used to. Not anymore. Now I got to wait 3 days and check with my bank to make sure I get it. No thanks and no sorry. Just an irritated vibe from the manager because I'm irritated. Never the most helpful at home Depot but they normally don't screw up your order at least

Helpful employees. I wish supplies were more available but The Home Depot is working to meet the needs of customers.

Great store to shop in, lots of things to choose from at great prices. Clean friendly store so glad we have one near us.
