My beautiful new floor is the subject of conversation and I purchased it at Home Depot San Pedro

Very difficult to shop for plywood as the prices are either mismarked or no prices are posted at all … a little attention is needed to assist customers, as well as, response for support.

I'd like to thank the manager Eric and the San Pedro Home Depot for encouraging me. He gave me over to Terressa, Gene and Dave in Plumbing. My customer had 2 shower valves both different brands. Before leaving this wonderful trio of plumbing assistants open the boxes. So outstanding because they immediately indicated the flow direction of cold by pointing out the arrows; next locating the COLD symbol on the cartridge (Cold is on the right hand side all agreed. Kohler shower valve is a gem to install. Simple and easy to understand. It makes my job better knowing I have been given excellent technical advice. The new show works terrific. Thank you San Pedro Home Depot Plumbing Department---it can't get no better dan dat!!!! Alright! success! Yahoo! TY

As a State Lic. Plumber with more experience than what I wish my age shows, I strongly reccomend San Pedro, CA Home Depot Plumbing Department. Terresa, Dave and Gene day in and day out put this department in great shape! Industrious, always approachable, and ready to answer questions, these three people; plus managers, have given me a step up so many times I feel a little embrassed! They know the products, they understand the applications and always know locations of every item-there must be thousands! Love this department. Give these people extra pay they deserve it. Last year I my business spent almost $100,.000 in plumbing supplies. A good portion of these purchase was made at San Pedro Home Depot. Why go anywhere else when people such as Terresa, Gene and Dave make it happen?

Many many times throughout the month my plumbing service requires manager assistance. The ranges are usually with product difficulties. The managers are more familar with certain product call backs than anyone else, so I seek them out. Nothing in construction is perfect. Managers at the San Pedro Home Depot have shown a strong determination on my behalf to have the right product. Then I am able to swifty check out and get back to what I do best, and that is satisfying my clients with top quality plumbing work; work I am proud of and work I guarantee. I feel I have a partnership at the San Pedro Home Depot because what ever takes place I feel it is always a "team effort." Actually I've heard the Store Manager explain to the assistant manager on several occasions. "Let's do whatever it takes to get this contractor out of here and back on the job with out wasting any time." What a great bunch of managers, what a great bunch of guys! Thank you Home Depot. The pictures below feature a job I recently completed with tools and materials purchased at the San Pedro Home Depot. The 1/2" copper hot supply developed a leak, A SLAB LEAK WE CALL IT. Since this family room was adjacent to the garage; and in fact the garage passage way door open into the family room; the owners noticed water coming up from the joint where the garage slab meets the 8" rise to the hose slab. After carefully using an electronic leak detection device the decidion was made to break open the slab. A New Makita Hammer tool was purchased; full size unit and it really did the job well in only a few mins. The old copper removed and a new pipe connected with shark fittings. What a very cool thing it is for all of us. Owners happy and I am happy the work was completed correctly and swifity; do in part to the tools and supplies available at the Home Depot San Pedro.

My stair project requied carefully following the UBC (uniform building code) on dimensions. Safety reason such as railing height and vertical spacing means my family and friends will go up and down the stairs comfortably. The San Pedro Home Depot really went beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my stair project. For example: Dave in Lumber knew exactly what my diagram was calling for and for Dave to locate the proper sizes was easy. Then, Dick in hardware and Richard also, knew exactly what fasteners fit my nail gun. Finally, David in paint department understand the wood type and immediately recognized the need for a penitrating wood sealer. Once that was dry he suggested a soild marine primer, last several finish applications of semi-gloss enamel. I certainly am happy with the results. This is a store with terrific service and the balance is excellent results. I recommend the San Pedro Home Depot.

San Pedro Home Depot is a big influcence on the sucess of my business. They behave in such a way that always says they understand how business works buy not getting distracted, and focus on making the transaction friendly, fast, and considerate. Great people.

I needed a window covering to block afternoon sun and prevent my furniture from fading. As a retiree on a fixed income, I could not afford a custom installed blind. Darka, the salesperson at the San Pedro Home Depot took a personal interest in my problem, explained how my husband and I could easily install a pull down blind, cut the blind to our specifications and gave us confidence. We are so pleased with the result!

Great Customer Service, employee showed concern, helped us to purchase a Christmas Tree to donate to a family in need.

I shop at the San Pedro Home Depot often. Usually not too crowded, easy parking and helpful staff. Can find everything I usually look for or. Special order at the help desk. The return desk is very helpful and fast too.

Very disappointed with the process of applying for a credit card for Home Depot and could not approved even though we shop all the time and have spent over 2,000.00 up to now and my credit score is about 800 so sad

It was first time to remove passenger seat from my van, Ford transit, I met a very kind employee who showed me right tool to remove the bolts, right size tool and how to use it. I am very very thankful.

I ordered one case of Store SKU # 1002753337 from HD San Pedro to pick up on 09/30/2025 after confirming the store has 54 in stock from the app. I was called and informed that there was none in stock. I checked the app again on 10/01/2025 and there was still 44 in stock. There is an inconsistency between the app information and the real situation. Should I disregard the stock info given in the app?

Went in yesterday.. no cashiers? A line for self chk out and (1) Guy handling it all.. Which was a lot for 1 person. Kind of sucks that the Customer has to be bothered with cutting staff hours or not scheduling correctly. “Monday’s”

Although things were not optimal in the appliance department, Dave did absolutely everything to satisfy our questions and make the sale.

Hi, every time I go to Home Depot Jimmy helps me out. She’s so kind and caring . She knows where all the products at and directs me where to go. She’s a friendly, beautiful associate that always gets the job done. I am so grateful for her.

This is the third occasion where delivery and installation of items they sell has gone terribly wrong.

Sent my daughter to pickup a couple of items but was confused as soon as she was as to where start looking for products and spent excessive time looking for correct department that the products were located

I went to check the status of a special order on 3/10/25. I was informed that the order was in and that a message was left for me on 3/3/25 - I never received the message. Perhaps in the future you can send a text message or an email if the customer cannot be reached by phone…

The San Pedro Home Depot is almost my second home !! The plant department, both indoor and outdoor, are always filled with my needs to keep my plants healthy and always has new interesting species. I am remodeling a back house and all the work has been done with Home Depot materials

The cashier was rubber gloves no mask and her counter space was filthy dirty She cannot work with the gloves It just made it so difficult for her to ring that people and it took too much time I even told her why are you wearing those She's going to get me sick should I come in with a pair cleaner gloves every time I shop I come in with the mask but not gloves I work in the medical field if you don't change your gloves each person that you're ringing up you're just spreading germs

I wanted to get a 4x4 sheet of plywood cut down to a specific size but couldn’t because saw was inoperative and the employee didn’t know when it will be repaired.

We've been coming here for about five years and the associates have always been friendly and helpful. We've generally been able to find what we needed in stock.

I almost never get asked if i need help loading materials and it's obvious that I do need help. Returns - PITIFUL - i get items denied due to "out of policy" that i bought a few days before. " not on this card" - i only use 1. Oh, it's an order, that's why the system can't find it.....NOT MY PROBLEM - but now it is....
