sales people in this store are always smile and go extra miles for any kind of help that I need. I am always coming out of the store with smile since they made me feel really good to shop there.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The sales and customer service folks are absolutely the most helpful and friendly I have ever met.

Good managers who are willing to listen. Working in the field is not always simple or direct, and solutions many times require immediate decision to swap out or buy additional. When this happens, it places my reputation on the chopping block. It can go really bad at this time. Fortunately, I have a great group of managers to back up the products they sell. For example: A WH with a bad upper heat sensor failed yesterday. I removed the new heater, p/u another heater at HD, installed the second heater and my situation improved dramatically. The client was not taking a cold shower anymore!!! The drama I received from her has ended. I am a capable plumbing contractor, but I can't predict when a technical machine will have a sensor failure! These are complicated machines with high tech equipment; old days was simple it was "on" or "off." Not today! So much is riding on technology, and simple sensor can over heat and fail in seconds. But fortunately, managers at San Pedro Home Depot don't fail that easily! They can hang no matter what. They will try, try, try and try again to understand what is keeping me tied down and not back out in the field where the money is; where I should be. I feel this management team makes it work!

Products looked for were easy to find. Assistance needed was quickly and friendly provided. Store was and continues to be well organized and clean. Associates were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.

During the remodel of our house, I was going to Home Depot almost daily. The associates at the San Pedro store were very helpful.

Finest group of employees available any where, any time! The team here, cooperates, functions day or night with effectiveness, and as a group of people, would be the kind of folks I'd invite to dinner. What can I say about the managers, accept that they work to solve problems effectively. Plumbing is pro-class who know the codes. The cashier are friendly and warm, quick witted, and give you a smile that says: Thank you for shopping with us and hurry back soon!. Honestly, making inspections, and following every possible job to parts outside my town, has seen me shopping at every Home Depot within a 200 mile radius of San Pedro. Some stores are too busy to talk, some have a quiet character, some more technical, but none have it all except this San Pedro Store. My plumbing business has benefited, my maintenance quality has pleased owners, over and over, because I knew what I was doing, how I was going to handle the job, AND BECAUSE I HAD THE RIGHT MATERIALS AND ATTITUDE! Not nearly as good when I shop other places, or even other stores. San Pedro HD has your back! They care! I get better because they help me gain confidence. Thank you all folks for the courstsey great to shop at this store.

The associates at the Paint Dept. were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was in stock and easy to find. If we couldn't find it, there was an abundance of friendly staff on the floor to answer questions.

THE SAN PEDRO HOME DEPOT IS BECOMING A VERY, VERY, VERY PLEASANT PLACE!!! Cashier's especially are warm, friendly, smiling, showing genuine interest my purchase, and when time allows, they ask me how my day is going.

An outstanding store. The 2 female employees I dealt with we’re outstanding. Gloria in the plumbing dept was by far the best service I think I’ve ever received in my life at any store. A stellar employee, kind, knowledgeable and ready to help. She should be running teaching seminars on proper customer service. So thankful we met her!! not enough stars to praise her!!

The San Pedro store is up beat!!! Managers willingly take requests and time to solve solve problems. The cashiers have a friendly and interpersonal style that let's you know, they are glad to be there serving the customers-it's a win-win combo!!!!

Our local San Pedro Home Depot is more user-friendly than the other nearby HD locations. The parking lot is close to the garden supplies and there is always a helpful person to help load your car. Whatever is advertised on sale is in plentiful supply and displayed prominently. The store is not a long walk from the parking area.

This is a hometown type of store where the people working there have a bigger and better attitude. Managers and employees from the ground up show a better than average degree on interest in customers, but you must ask them for help! They cannot read your mind. When asked they never turn me down. Many have very professional skills in trades such as plumbing and painting, or electrical. Managers are approachable! Good place to shop!

Visited San Pedro, CA store (2115 N. Gaffey St.) @ 8:30 a.m. Saturday, 3/10/18. NOT BUSY at this time but lots of orange aprons standing around. Four men by lumber entry told me where to find what I needed (in the furthest corner of the store) but no one physically showed me, so when I had questions, back to the front to find someone. Unfortunately, I didn't initially think I needed a cart so when I made another trip to the front, I was told that all carts were at the opposite end of the store. At cash-out, cashier overcharged me, so I had to stand in line at returns to get an adjustment. I only shop here because it's close to home, but I shop ELSEwhere whenever I can. I have no favorable expectations IF I have to shop at this location.

I have always felt this particular store management is approachable, and willing to be flexible on returns. Plumbing department in particular has always been a useful place for me to receive up to date information on products.
