Awesome team help from the Pro Desk, loading crew and Truck Rental desk. Great team.

The Home depot is a good store, but better in the mid afternoon than the evenings or weekends. The help is easier to find at those times.

By far the best service we have EVER received at any Home Depot store. Karim and Omar were amazing!!!!

Many thanks to Shronda an employee who nice enough to help me find my industrial fan that I had wanted from homedepot she searched all around the store for me until she found it thanks again Shronda.

On our last two visits to the San Rafael store we were assisted by Shironda and were highly impressed by the wonderful customer service she provided! She was enthusiastic and proactive to make certain we were able to obtain the item we had come looking for.

There is a wonderful person in the hardware whose name is: Ja Shawn. See him. He will go above and beyond in finding the correct solution.

This Home Depot has just about everything I need. Love the plant department and prices are fair. Spent $80 + dollars today and got some wonderful bedding and planter box color. All are very healthy. In the years I have shopped for plants at Home Depot I never got a bed one.

In the Hardware Section, go and see "Ja'Shawn Fields Jr. - one of the associates that work there in the hardware section. He will go above and beyond in helping you - and wish Home Depot will train the rest of staff like him.

Good customer service

I rented a truck for the afternoon and had great service from Onyelewe.

Everyone was great this evening. It seems like Friday evening at 7:00pm is great time t o shop.

This is the worst Home Depot. Every time I'm at this Home Depot the employees are rude and unknowledgeable and the inventory is never stocked.

Your shopping experience can be hit or miss at this home depot - particularly with check out times, and items being in stock. If you are looking for an item in particular and do not know which aisle it might be in, I recommend using home depot's website to locate it in-store. The employees (in my experience) aren't very friendly or helpful.

MY NAME IS JULIE AND I CAME INTO THE SAN RAFAEL HOME DEPOTAND HAD A ORDER THAT NEEDED TO BE BUILD FOR MY SHADES SPOKE WITH A ASSICATE BY THE NAME ORESHA WARREN WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND GREETING WHEN SHE APPROACH ME THIS MORNING,SHE MADE SURE I GOT THE SHADES THAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR MY KITCHEN I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent experience at the mill work doors/windows AND the kitchen departments.

The store is well kept overall. A bit of a mess here and there to be expected i suppose due to customers handling of products. As usual in HD stores help is not readily available, but graciously helpful when found. Did not know of new founding products system, did not see such system at this particular store.

This store usually has very staff support. Customers often have to use self check out line. Sometimes the line is long, more than five people deep. It doesn't matter. No one will ever call for support. This is the only store I consistently recall to have such bad customer service. I'm taking about all the store I've gone to, not just home improvement store. The sad part is I'm not surprise anymore because I've been going to this store for more than a decade.

Erik found my 52" Husky tool chest on one of the top shelves. Got the forklift and Kenneth flagged for safety. In and out in minutes, helped me load the giant tool box in the back of the truck and back to San Jose on my 70 mile drive. Thanks for not wasting my time Erik. 1st class guy.

I selected this store on San Rafael because you can find what ever you need for your work and you do not need to go somewhere else to complete your list. every thing just in one place.also there is good helper to help you to find what you want or give you good recomond if you need.Thanks

This store is staffed by people who know nothing about their products. The customer service desk can't be bothered. I keep going back, and I have to say they're consistent. I'm done shopping here.

This is basically my closest store. Like to go in and browse. I do have a couple of rental units I own. I'm often over at home depot.

I read the previous reviews from 4-5 months ago, and this store is now fine. I got help when I needed it, and found all the different things I needed, and I needed a lot. Good store, good people.

If I have a problem to solve involving a Home Depot product your employees generally find a way to help me out. My experiences have been very good

I would like to share what a great time I had in the blinds department with the helpful associates. This process can take a few visits to figure out exactly what you need. I was first set on my person to do the installation, but upon further questions, my guy was slightly unsure of exactly how to properly measure and install blinds. On my 2nd visit to the department to get suggestions of how to measure properly and install, it was suggested I use Home Depot to measure and install and it was a total of $118 to do both! For all windows!!! Seriously? That just changed my stress level from 90 to 0! Thank you M & B (you know who you are) for my great experience in the blinds department! You both saved me time, money and stress!! We had fun too!!

I ordered two new windows and got great help from Jake and Jose Flores @ the window Dept! I am a contractor of 16 years (TRADESMAN PAINTING & DRYWALL Lic. 778435) and let me tell you these two guys know what they are talking about and made some really great suggestions and really went out of there way to help. Most important I felt like I could trust them, thank you Home Depot for having such great employees! -Perry

This is a very dirty store (see Lowes for a good example) Price signage was missing on too many items in the garden section. Just a poorly run store.

I went in to buy a stackable washer dryer, having researched in advance, and was able to complete the purchase with ease in minimal time. I had narrowed my choices down to two brands/models and the sales associate was able to help me determine which was best for my needs. Very pleased.
