I bought a kitchen table and chairs love it.

The people who helped me get my desk remodel went above and beyond each time I visited this location. Israel, Tammy, Kelvin, Eboney, Kay and Phyliss made my entire experience one that I will never forget. Recently moving to SC this location was the perfect distant from my home and one that I will visit every time I need somethings. The customer service and the warm welcomed was needed and I wanted to make sur this corporation knew about them. Debbie is great as well

I went to Home Depot on Sunday to exchange a product for the correct one. While exiting the store after my purchase, a free drawing table for a freezer was there for customers to enter the drawing. I entered the drawing and a free estimate for a repair. Before I could get home my email had 4 emails about "appointments, tell me more about your project, and the type of shower." However, nothing about the drawing which I don't think ever took place. I still like doing business with Home Depot because they are a good store but I'll be cautious before entering any more free drawings.

We bought a washer and dryer from home depot and the washer leaked water right away. The manufacturer was incredibly difficult but the home depot manager took care of the problem. So when we needed a new stove/range, we went to home depot and bought one. Our loyalty is with home depot and this particular store.

SC has a law that people 85 and older get a 1% reduction in their sales tax when buying items for personal use. (The law requires signs be posted explaining the law.) Happily my cashier yesterday was aware of this law, but it would be helpful if that store would train all their employees in handling this.

I shop this store often. The only reason why I did not give a five store is because there are always improvements that can be made.

I wanted to buy a Milwaukee ratchet with the advertised free battery. The store manager said I had to purchase online and pickup instore when I was already in the store. The floor sales person said I could buy a Home Depot gift card and purchase online to pickup in store. How stupid is this? I did it though because I really needed the tool to make easy a job I was working on. I bought the gift card with the store associate assistance and tried to buy the tool online with the store associate assistance but the card didn’t load the money. The associate had me go to customer service. The customer service rep called the Assistant Manager who said call the number on the card because the store does not have anything to do with Home Depot cards they sale. Like what?? Do you tell your employees that? So waited and complained until the Assistant Manager was asked to come up front an hour later all rude because he had to deal with the customer. He called someone about the card and realized there was no money on the card but they took my money. He reluctantly went ahead and gave back the cash and told the customer service rep their register would be short. This was not my fault and I never was able to buy the tool at the advertised price. The Assistant managers solution was to buy another gift card because I had cash and try to purchase the tool online after he just told me they have been having the same problem with the gift cards in other stores. The whole experience was stupid and even more the process.

Love this store! The only thing that I would change is customers parking in the loading zone to shop! I wish it would be policed so lazy people don’t do that. Most of the time we have to load our trailer out in the full sun or rain so some lazy person can shop parked close to the door to stay out of the rain or sun.

I really do prefer Home Depot over its competitors! They are far better at customer service!

We will never purchase an appliance of any kind from Home Depot again. I’ve already written a lengthy explanation on your previous questionnaire. Hopefully in the future your salesman will be better prepared to discuss issues you may have with installation BEFORE your appliance is delivered without being installed. My dishwasher will be returned this week and the same model will be delivered and installed by another store.

We know sometimes things happen in life, and it’s what makes Home Depot my go-to! We encountered extensive lead time issues with a few appliances,& their team stepped up to ensure personal attention to our situation,& turned a potential disaster of a renovation into the best possible outcome given unforeseen problems

Went to get paint memorial weekend. Bunch of associates standing around building pallets. No one in paint. No one asked if we needed help. Finally found someone. One women said to us indirectly, yeah well shes right there, pointing to a girl 50 feet away. Overhead speaker blaring manager escalation in electric since no one responded to them either. Not the first time, more like the norm now.

They damaged my walls and they didn't care. They sucked.

Store staff worked hard to fix a problem caused by warehouse staff . They were to work with us and make it right . As a former HD employee my husband was happy to with the solution !!

This store has great customer service. Highly recommend!

I love the staff. They are one of the primary reasons I shop at this store. I can always find someone to help me when I need it and everyone is courteous.

John in garden helped me load my items and taught me how to design my raised vegetable garden. Very helpful. Will definitely shop here again.

The help we’ve received from the employees, particularly Nan and Chris in the appliance department, has been second to none. We will continue to shop because of the help we normally get.

We bought a replacement window for a real estate client and needed the measurement appointment ASAP. The employee in millwork went above and beyond to make it happen. She also helped us with another project in an very efficient way. She is knowledgeable and shows interest in solving problems and answering questions. Refreshing experience.
