Plenty of parking spaces, direction signs made finding what I needed easy, check out was a breeze.

The HD store in the Sandhills Mall is well organized, always well stocked, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shopping here is a pleasure, and on the rare occasion when returns are necessary, they're easy and fast. This is a great store.

I’m never disappointed with the services I receive at Home Depot.

by far the best group of employees in a home improvement I have ever witness. My cousin told me it was the best store to shop at. He was right.

Got great service from all the store employees and particular from Ashley the cashier. The store was orderly and neatly arranged and well marked to fine products. Also the product selection was very good.

I am glad to have the Home Depot store at Sandhills. I shop there a lot and do recommend it. They had more freezers in stock that anywhere else we went.

Every employee I interacted with during this visit offered me great customer service and assistance! Everyone was friendly, nice and helpful. They all seemed happy to be at work! Great customer service seems so few and far between, but I greatly enjoyed this visit!

The service I received was great, the people really go above and beyond. But when it came time to pay for the purchase, no military discount on flooring /install orders. Now it makes shop around, for the best deal in town. They need to fix this. In this times, every little bit we can save , helps.

This Store understands the importance of Service and communication. Every time my family and I go we feel at home knowing we will have our questions answered.

I have been to the competition’s and this store is all about customer service with KNOWLEDGABLE PEOPLE! Can’t find that anywhere anymore!

I had an armful of items, unsure of her name I think started with a C, offered to get me a buggy & went and got for me --so kind!! Also first time ever I bought plants and was offered to give me plastic to put underneath to protect my car, really loved this by Deanna the Cashier!! Also clearance plants actually rang up the clearance price, I have been to other stores (not home depot) where the clearance sign and sticker have not rang up correctly.

The overall impression of the Sandhill Store is my reliance that this store will have the product I am looking for.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly at this store.

I have gone to this store for the purchase and installation of my carpet (entire upstairs). Because of the professionalism, I have returned to this store to work with the same specialist, and I just purchased hardwood floors for my entire downstairs.

Other than the one person at customer service, we were ignored completely and one employee got confrontational towards us and the person at customer service.

Saw several elderly military retirees, one was even handicapped. They could not get their military discount with their identification cards because of some crazy policy that you needed to download an app and have your service verified. That's ridiculous when you got an identification card that shows whether or not you are active, veteran or retired, national guard or army reserve

Just ordered countertops on Friday evening can’t wait for them to get here Kathy and countertops went beyond and above my expectations she did a great job and I want to thank her for the time she spent with us Through the process of our purchase Kathy could have left when we got there but she stayed to help us

Not easy to use my Military discount compared to Lowe’s, I don’t have a smartphone so unless you buy online it’s very hard to use

Sales associate Marcus went over and beyond in assisting us in purchasing toliets for our new home. He located a fork lift and immediately brought the items to the loading dock to load I my husband truck after waiting for some at the registers. He was professional, patient and very respectful

Such great advice and assistance from the gentleman in the lighting dept.Denise and Alisha were so helpful in ordering via catalog several seasonal items that were not yet available on the floor. Will definitely return!

Very friendly and helpful Great experience

We were shopping for light bulbs for the parish hall at our church and with the assistance of an employee were quickly able to locate the type we needed. The store was mildly busy but everyone was pleasant and helpful, all the way through the checkout process.

From the time I walked into this store the employees were very helpful and they all look happy. It felt like the Chic-Fil-A of retail.

The number of people assisting me was great! Other stores you have to hunt people down! I want to specifically mention Kevin because I was VERY impressed with his professionaism, attention to detail and ensuring the safety of the employee who had to use a machine to get a large item down for me.
